(Passed) World Development Bank Act

WORLD DEVELOPMENT BANK ACT
Authored by the Empire of Great Eurussia
Section 1)
The Bank shall be an international independent organization of countries working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate international trade, promote high employment and sustainable growth, and reduce poverty around the world.
Section 2)
The Bank shall be governed by the Board of Governors which shall be composed of the heads of the national central banks of all member states who shall decide on who shall be provided by international loans or international grants based on the availability of funds.
The Board of Governors shall decide via super majority approval always.
Section 3)
The Bank shall be headed by a President elected by the Board of Governors from themselves whose responsibilities shall be the leader of the organization, spokesperson of organization, facilitator of the organization, coordinator of the organization, chairman of the board, spokesperson of the board, facilitator of the board, and coordinator of the board.
The President may be elected or removed any time by the Board.
Section 4)
The Bank shall only accept membership from nations willing to commit a voluntarily defined amount from their financial resources specifically defined by a member's "Commerce Budget" and supported by reliable statistics specifically the WA Tracker.
Any amout committed can never be withdrawn during a voting session.
The Bank shall only provide loans or grants to member states only.
Section 5)
The Bank shall have a voluntary membership and must be located in Moscow, Eurussia.
