The WA Cultural Agency is a supranational specialized agency under the Security Council.
It is based at the WA Cultural Agency Headquarters, Saint Petersburg, Great Eurussia.

The WA Cultural Agency is internationally governed by the WACA Act.

To put it in a simple way, it is like UNESCO. It can be used for roleplaying about national monuments of sorts. But declaring a particular World Heritage Site in a country must be recommended first by this agency to the Security Council before being given the status !

Welcome to the WA Cultural Agency then. By default, all member states are de facto members of the WACA. But since Eurussia, (I), cannot handle multiple activities most especially of these international agencies under the Security Council, I cannot actively bring the WACA before the international scene. But if anyone would come forward willing to be incharge of this organization, that would be of great help and the best for the World Alliance!
