We have greatly dishonored ourselves!
Re: International Tournament
So, assuming we're going to be doing this again, are we going to lock in our strong suits from here on out? It wouldn't make sense for a country with, say, strong suits in archery and rifles suddenly be good at horseback riding and swimming the next time.

That can make sense, though it would depend on how long each tournament is spread apart. If it's monthly, then clearly your strong suit wouldn't change that quickly. Perhaps we can suggest "Training" strongsuits, where each month your 1 or 2 strong suits increase by +1 or +2 if you chosen 1 strong suit. Old Strong suits will degrade by -3 until 0 is hit.
Re: International Tournament
OOC: Honestly, I don't know. If people like this, we could have these bi-monthly. I'm glad it was a success, the random number generator seems to be "working well", meaning that every nation had good places. Though the "strongpoint" system could be worked a little bit, it was funny to see how most nations had a low roll at their strongpoint competitions. (Apepistan, the historically horse-nomadic nation has scored 16... ) I also approve that we shouldn't change the strongpoints, except for Empire of Russia and Great Eurussia, since they forgot to say their own ones, so I did it instead of them. Next time I'll try to put more pictures too to make it look better.

Re: International Tournament
The Ahet-Apep has not declared anything about the next Kurultaj so far.
(OOC: I've got tons of tests and work for next week, so the next one will be announced in about 2 weeks from now.)

Re: International Tournament
AHET-AHEP LII ANNOUNCES NEXT KURULTAJ
The Ruler and Supreme Commander of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, Ahet-Apep LII, has announced the next Kurultaj and invites all nations to participate in this friendly tournament and cultural event. All nations are invited, regardless of their diplomatic relation to the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, but Ahet-Apep has asked the nations to honor the traditions of the apopic people, and only send free people as members of their national teams.
The events and competitions are the same as before.
(OOC: The rules are the same as before. Post here if you want to join and tell me what the strongpoint(s) of your nation is. Results will be decided with a random number generator, and I'll post a video of the process. I will edit the first post with the new list of participants.)

Surprising no one else has registered. Perhaps a Region-Wide message is in order.

If you need a Mass TG, just send the message to me and I'll forward it to the WA!
Re: International Tournament
I would like to rejoin same strong points!
Also could we host the events in a different country? If so I vote for the event to be in scouting

Re: International Tournament
Well, traditionally the Kurultaj is a cultural event of the steppe-nomadic people. If other countries will hold it accordingly to those traditions, then yes, we can.
Also, the event itself will be this weekend!

The United States of Scouting has already shown a great respect and friendship towards the United Kingdoms of Apepistan.
Therefore, we hereby announce that the next Kurultaj shall be held by the Scouters, to honor our friendship, and as a token of our gratitude for helping us with a terrible disaster.

OOC: I thought that the Overall Winner should be the one hosting the next tournament - as long as they keep the slightly traditional-ceremonial aspect of the whole event, Apepistan has nothing against it!
