It is known that many wars are happening and to make sure that we can have peace we must do the following.

1) no nation of the Security Council must be involved in wars

2) if there is war in a continent, the nation representing the continent to the security council must mediate or else must be removed

3) the security council can make non-military sanction like embargo to stop the country from making war threats. All sanction must be followed by all nations.

4) the security council must take over the country making wars to replace its government with the use of military

The proposal is open for three (3) days debate and amendments. Thereafter, a two (2) day vote will be called. Please be guided.

1) I think that members of the Security Council may be in a war as long as:


  • The Security Council Member does not provoke the war declaration from the opposition.
  • The Opposition formally declares war against the WASC member.


2) I think that the WASC member for the region should mediate, but the countries at war have the right to request the full WASC to mediate, to ensure that favoritism cannot happen.

3) This point is rather pointless, as each embargo would have to be voted on individually anyway.

4) I can't really say I understand this one, a further explanation would be excellent.

I think he means to make the aggressing state a puppet of WA while a new, less aggressive government can be formed in the country, under the WA's help. ( Probably similar to what happened to Germany after WWII. )

Anyway, Xolox is decidedly against this proposal.

Honestly I have a problem with all but #2. I can imagine some bad situations cropping up without the ability to declare war. Alone, #2 isn't really significant enough to pass as a law.
