Xolox is not in favor. In some extreme instances, war is the only viable solution to a conflict.

The Eurussian Government supports the initiative of the Estados Unidos Government as it is in line with our international principle of the right of nations to exercise self defense. And we beg to disagree with the position of the Xolox Government that war is sometimes the only viable solution to a conflict, as we believe that there is always a door for peaceful diplomacy.

Is 66% or 75% percent required? 6 out of 9 would be 2/3rd but earlier you said it was 3/4ths.

The 75% of '9' is 6.5, hence we cannot go in between. So we would only require 6 votes.

Oh okay, I had assumed we would round up to 7. I understand now.

Yeah and I think it will be unfair if we round it off since it will be equivalent to exactly 1 vote.
