(Repealed) Continental Canal Zone Act

CONTINENTAL CANAL ZONE ACT

Section 1)
The Continental Canal Zone shall be a sovereign neutral zone composed of a man-made canal connecting the western seaside and the eastern seaside and the adjacent land area.
Section 2)
The Continental Canal Commission shall be an independent international commission that shall govern the canal zone composed of the transport ministers of Eurussia, XIV, and Zakiristan.
All decisions of the commission shall forever be unanimous in nature.
Section 3)
The canal zone, as a neutral zone and as a sovereign entity, shall have citizenship originating from Eurussia, XIV, or Zakiristan and all citizens born thereof shall be naturalized on choice through the naturalization laws of Eurussia, XIV, or Zakiristan.
The canal zone shall have its own determined official language and official currency.
