This is an official petition. To ensure fairness, six motions of support, including that of Eurussia, or half of the current composition of the WA Security Council, shall be required for the WASC Presidency to grant the effectivity of the emergency changes to Section 3 of the WASC Act.

Eurussia, to protect the integrity of the Presidency and that of the petition in the Security Council, will maintain an abstention vote. And as per the status of the petition,

I'm not sure why Zanland withdrew their vote. The original vote was "Favor" but only hours later was it withdrawn. We've contacted their Foreign Affairs office to ask why.
