(Dismissed) Amend WASC Qualifications Act
Recently, a loophole came to light in the WASC Qualifications Act that applied proper qualifying requirements to candidates but never mentioned current WASC members.
This amendment simply requests that a modified WASC Qualifications Act now apply to current WASC members, so as to ensure that irresponsible and/or unqualified nations do not hold key seats of power in the World Alliance.

Eurussia believes such changes are totally unnecessary since we have already an existing and currently enforced provision under the WA Security Council Act which is far more broad and is not limiting the capabilities of the Security Council in disciplining its member states:
Section 2
... There shall also be thirteen (13) member states representing each of the continents of the WA also appointed by the President provided that they are not puppet states, on the WA Map, and active in both roleplaying matters and out-of-character matters which can also be removed by the WASC, for any grounds, at anytime and at will. ...
WASC AMENDMENT PROPOSAL
Section (1) States either already on the Security Council or not will either be removed/banned or just removed for a specified amount of time by the remover if and only if:
Sub-Section (1) The nation has been convicted by the court of breaking any law enforced by the Security Council within a (1) month time frame from the date of conviction/conclusion of law.
Sub-Section (2) The nation has been either banned or warned or both, within a (1) month time frame since the date of the ban/warn.
Sub-Section (3) The nation has not made an effort to improve/control its' relations with any nation(s) in this region, proper grammar, obscene language, any other such threatening attitude towards a nation not including RP matters.
Section (2) States will not be allowed on the Council or will be immediately removed if and only if:
Sub-Section (1) The nation has been perma-banned from the WA forum.
Sub-section (2) The nation has been removed more then once for any other offense but will then have to either prove they are worthy of a seat back on the council, or convince the council as a whole they have learned from their mistakes.

This would be an added amendment for both member states, and states wanting to gain a seat.

Scouting is Against.
With the WASC Qualifications Act, it would make it impossible for WASC members to be at war, whether or not it's self-defense, making it suicide to be a WASC member.
