(Dismissed) WASC Qualifications Act
WASC QUALIFICATIONS ACT
authored by Scottish Republic
Seeing many nations are quarreling who is more deserving to have a seat in the WASC and give the SC Presidency hard time to decide which should be appointed to the WASC, my country wants to contribute and propose the following rules.

- No country can be WASC candidate if they are involve in wars or terrorism or any unpeaceful activity.
- No country can be WASC candidate if they have pending cases in the WASC.
- No country can be WASC candidate if they violated other countries rights like sovereignty and territory.
- No country can be WASC candidate if members of WASC does not approve of them.
- No country can be WASC candidate if they do not respect and follow the laws and rules of the region.
- No country can be WASC candidate if they do not respect the WASC.
- No country can be WASC candidate if they have not yet stayed in the region for one week.

Re: (Dismissed) WASC Qualifications Act
Isn't #5 the same thing as #1? And with #8, which is pretty confusing, I feel candidates should be at least in the region for a month or so.

Re: (Dismissed) WASC Qualifications Act
I believe that #2 should be "Active" cases, not existing. Cases that are resolved will exist forever, and technically this means the person who lodged the case could be considered not fit for a WASC seat under your suggestion.
I also believe that #3 should be removed or have a set 'time' to it, such as "if they violated other countries rights like sovereignty and territory within the month prior to their application." If you set a time to it and give it more explanation, I may be inclined to see it as is.
With #4 you're basically saying that if at least "2" members of the WASC or more disagree with the appointment of a new WASC member that they're unfit to become a WASC member. I feel that this is completely unfair. I suggest that you either come up with a new Idea for #4 or just simply get rid of it.
With #7 you're essentially stating that everyone has to respect what the President or VP says otherwise they're unfit for the WASC. Essentially, should someone disagree with what we say, that could be considered "disrespect". Honestly, I don't think #7 is needed in the first place.
For #8 you need to pick either 1 day or 1 week, personally I'd suggest 3 weeks, so that they're integrated enough and have, at the least, a basic understanding on the politics of this region.

And as Serenarea stated, it looks like you've got a little bit of a repetitive list going.

Eurussia makes its position of support. However, we wish to raise these concerns and hope that they will be addressed by the proponent accordingly.
1) We agree.
2) We propose to change the term 'existing' to 'pending cases' so as to protect those who have been resolved by previous cases.
3) We agree.
4) We agree. But we propose that SC members shall be required to state their justifications.
5) We agree.
6) We agree.
7) We ask for further clarifications.
8) We agree. But we propose to make it a fixed time such as either one day or one week.

1. I don't think WASC members disapproving of a candidate should exclude that candidate from the running. By that logic, if a nation in the WASC hates everyone, nobody new can apply.
2. Come to think of it, most of these points don't seem to have any time limit. Now I can bet that most nations have done something to infringe on someone else's sovereignty and/or territory, so what this is saying is that all candidates must have a clean track record at all times as well as no strikes in general.
3. The one week requirement, in our opinion, is way too short. Bump it up a couple weeks and throw in more activity and now we're talking.
