* No - (5) - Scouting, Snarfia, Serenarea, New Rhodinia, Ebsotz,

* Abstain - (2) - Empire of Russia, Scottlands

With a 4 - 5 - 2 vote, 36% approval, this resolution is hereby Dismissed.
