To clear this up, he in fact does as he has not signed the treaty and has not stated that he relinquished control over any land that is currently controlled. If you have any more problems I suggest you make a court case out of it.

No, sorry, I meant Artite has not officially signed the treaty. Since he has not, the land that he still occupies will be in his possession until further action is taken.

Well North Korreaa has posted for the day won't see him for another couple days. He'll show up again when it is almost time for his inactive to be questioned.

Why would I join NAM it sounds terrible. Of course I won't join NAM, why would anyone want to join NAM. The next thing you are going to do is try and turn this "peaceful" organization into a militarized one so you can protect yourself because you are scared because you are stepping on some pretty big nations toes and they are getting fed up with it.

Stop being incompetent. Stop being a thorn in our side. Stop being a whiner and man up and do something about it. Stop relying on others to do your dirty work for you. Stop hanging your allies out to dry. Stop pulling the World Alliance back when we want to move forward.
