Why does the WASC have to deal with them when we have the anti-terror organization?

The Eurussian Government makes its position:
1) We agree.
2) We agree.
3) This is a matter of sovereignty. And must be removed.
4) Does this mean nations will be allowed to attack other countries if they are proven to be supporting terrorism? Or the SC should approve interventions against nations supporting terrorism? Please clarify.
5) This is a matter of sovereignty. And must be removed.
6) This is a matter of sovereignty. The SC should have the permission of the country (with terrorists) first.
7) We agree.
8) This is a matter of sovereignty. And must be removed.
9) We reject this. This is a matter of sovereignty and let us leave the discretion to the Security Council (of the day) on how to act on case to case basis.
We hope for actions on our suggestions.

1. I think we can all agree on this.
2. Now hold up a second. You say this as if it's as easy as breathing. The line between citizen and terrorist is unbelievably blurred, so how is any nation supposed to know EXACTLY who wants to terrorize people and who's innocent?
3. In agreement.
4. Another problem here. Since we've already agreed that terrorism should be called a crime against humanity, who in their right mind would actively support that against the entire WA? And if a nation is perfectly fine in every other field but supports terrorism, is it really worth it to get rid of them even after all the good they've done?
5. Yet another problem. We've just stated that it is up to the nation itself to decide what the punishment should be yet here you alone give us a required minimum?
6. Hold the phone. If it's the case with a nation acting like North Koreaa (not the New Korea), then we can have a discussion. But ANY nation that has a slight HINT of terrorism? Not even supporting it, but nations where it simply exists? So technically we should all be invading each other?
7. The point of an investigation is to figure something out, so what's the point in investigating AND abolishing? We're in agreement with this point, but let the investigations go through due process and let a mediating third party decide the organization's fate, if found guilty of course.
8. Breach of privacy here. This essentially states that nations should be keeping a 24/7 eye on everyone in their nation in the name of security. New Rhodinia treasures its freedoms and we're not going to deny our people theirs because of terrorism.
9. AGAIN with this. Such an issue as terrorism shouldn't be grounds for the entire WASC (or World Alliance as a whole, for that matter) to invade a nation. This is implying that the only way to approach a nation supporting terrorism is to physically attack them.

1.Agree
2.Agree
3.This kinda seems out of place to me
4.If they are a member of the SC, yes.
5.Some countries don't even have prisons. And they have reason not to have prisons.
6.I think this should only be allowed if that country requests it.
7.They must be investigated first.
8.You cant force a country to hand over information
9.This just seems like an excuse to have war and expand your empire.

Re: (Passed) WA Anti- Terrorism Act
We're very happy that Muchos Estados Unidos is taking a step forward in producing 'discussion worthy' legislation. We agree with the proposal to the extent that #9 and #4 are taken out, as we feel that an outright invasion wouldn't be warranted without proper investigation, same with the disbandment of a government.

I believe we can support this version, before we vote though, I'd like to hear the opinion of other WASC members on the edited version.

Our stances on this new document:
1. Still in agreement.
2. Still believing that this is impossible and thus not in agreement.
3. Still in agreement.
4. Still not in agreement.
5. Still believing that there must be at least an investigation. Differentiation between investigation and abolition must still be defined.
6. Still not in agreement as this is a violation of privacy and seeing how it is "encouraged" and not required, there's no point to this item.
7. Still need a definition of "liberation".
At this point in time, we are against this proposal.

Here are my recommended changes, mainly for grammatical and reasonable purposes:
Terrorism must be declared as crime against humanity.
All terrorists must be arrested as soon as reasonably possible.

WASC should be allowed to make military interventions to countries whose governments supports terrorists.
Terrorism affiliated organizations must be investigated and abolished too.
All countries are encourage to share intelligence to WASC about terrorism.
Countries that are proven to be supporting terrorists must be liberated.
