(Passed) Amend WA Land Bidding Act

Citing the recent departure and CTE of China China and the recent re-founding of Articmainia, I'd like to bring to discussion the procedures of land grabs once a nation CTE's.

As states here word for word from the map claims post <

* No relocation of territories whether mainland or colonies.
* If you missed an expansion, sorry, better luck next time.
* If you ceased to exist, other nations can claim your lands.
* If your RP needs a colony, it must be deducted from your lands. >

I would like to create a guideline system for land claims once a nation leaves the region and/or CTE's

I let loose the minds of the dozen to discuss this.

This means nations according to expansion rules can claim any and all parts of the land previously owned by the deleted nation(s)

Nations that leave the region and/or CTE outside of the WA for no longer then one week from the date of departure will have their lands revoked from the official WA map. This means nations according to expansion rules can claim any and all parts of the land previously owned by the departed nation(s).

I want any and all suggestions. :)

Something like if you CTE for longer then two months then your lands can officially be claimed. If you leave the region and are gone for longer then two months your lands can be claimed.

I let loose the minds of the dozen to discuss this.

The "WA Land Bidding Act" already exists. I suggest having this as an amendment instead. Let me know what you think.

I think we need to address the process in which the nation that vanishes has its land divided out, or how someone can go about trying to claim it.

Eurussia suggest that the two months be reduced to only two weeks. We cannot allow a non-existing country to stay on the WA Map for too long.

How about this, we have CTE'd countries land be able to be taken after 1 month citing how long Articmainia was gone. And the countries that left would have a week.

I fixed it, so to clarify, if your nation CTE for 1 month from the date you CTE, then your lands can now be dissolved into the official WA map or claimed. where as if you leave the region for no longer then a week from the date you left this region then your lands can be dissolved within the WA map or claimed.

No, after they cte/leave for the amount of time given, then their lands would basically become one with the map.
