This act is to provide a better way of determining the nature of a thread.

The ***Warn*** tag; this tag is for official moderator and administrator use only and entails that a punishment has been made upon a rule-breaking user.

The Security council must use [IC] or [OOC] tags when submitting proposals.

I ask that you include the tags: (Pending), (Dismissed), (Passed), (Passed - On-going), (On-going), and (Vetoed).

This proposal is now open for discussion for three days.
