Tag "[Tag]" Act

This act is to provide a better way of determining the nature of a thread.
1) Let it be known that [Tags] are strictly for helpful/ official use only. (Helpful largely for determining the nature of the thread)
2) The list of tags and their associated uses and users.
The [Discussion] tag; this tag entails that the thread is for use of discussion specified in the first post.
The [Report] tag; this tag entails that an official report has been made and contains the items necessary for moderators to act.
The [OOC] tag; this tag entails that only out of character material is within this thread.
The [IC] tag; this tag entails that only in character material is within this thread.
The [Notice] tag; this tag entails that an official notice is being placed.
The [Inquiry/Question] tag; this tag entails that a question has been placed.
The [Pending] tag; this tag entails that a proposal/case/resolution/report is pending.
The [Dismissed] tag; this tag entails that a proposal/case/resolution/report is dismissed.
The [Passed] tag; this tag entails that a proposal is passed.
The [Passed On-going] tag; this tag entails that a proposal has been passed but discussion is on-going.
The [On-going] tag; this tag entails that a proposal/case/resolution/report is on-going.
The [Vetoed] tag; this tag entails that a proposal has been vetoed.
The ***Warn*** tag; this tag is for official moderator and administrator use only and entails that a punishment has been made upon a rule-breaking user.
The Security council must use [IC] or [OOC] tags when submitting proposals.
