The nations have a common Senate, but their upper houses are the Aloian High Council and Genolian High Council which can both overrule the decisions of the Imperial Senate. The Senate is currently based in Port Royale and Genolians are hoping it will be moved to Januaria.

All three cities are strong candidates and all Aloians would be proud to have any of them as the capital and the new capital will be determined in a national referendum soon.
