CATHAMIANS PROTEST FOR REFORMS

The older generations of TCI are infamously ultranationalist and some would even go so far as to describe them as anti-Marquetien. Members of Generation Unification are worried about the outcome of the parliament's talks, as many Cathamian MP's in Besançon are either members of the Fatherland Front, or are ultranationalist sympathizers.

"While we respect the duty the federal parliament has to determine what member nation's governments can and cannot do, we are fearful for the outcome of the upcoming talks." one protester remarked.

The first is the Agricultural Guarantee Fund.
It is a fund that aims to unlock bank loans and investments to small and medium-sized enterprises, generally viewed with distrust by the credit institutions because of the high risks involved.
This tool supports the private guarantee (ie the revenues of the company) a publicly guaranteed (composed of government subsidies).
For smaller enterprises the government guarantee replaces the private.

The loans are for small amounts (no more than € 200,000), but allow an exceptional development of smaller enterprises.
It is also a great tool to start a new business, especially by younger entrepreneurs.
The fund is very important since it is the only means of financing for such enterprises, generally considered too small and too risky by banks.
The fund has a budget of € 19 billion.

The mechanization of agriculture is needed to increase production and efficiency, and at the same time it is necessary to encourage the purchase of new agricultural machinery, more productive and environmentally friendly,.

The geographical environment includes both natural factors (climate, environmental characteristics) and human factors (production techniques handed down over time, craftsmanship, know-how) that, when combined, allow to obtain a unique product outside of a certain area production.
In order for a product to be PDO ,the phases of production, processing and preparation must take place in a defined geographical area. Who does PDO must adhere to strict production rules laid down in the specification. Compliance with these rules is guaranteed by a specific control body.

Second differentiation is PGI, or Protected Geographical Indication.
The term geographical indication, better known by the acronym PGI, indicates an origin mark which is awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Policies to those agricultural products and foodstuffs for which a given quality, reputation or other characteristic depends on the source geographical location, and the production, processing and / or preparation takes place in a specific geographical area.
To obtain the PGI then, at least one phase of the production process must take place in a particular area. Who produces PGI must adhere to strict production rules laid down in the specification, and compliance with these rules is guaranteed by a specific control body.

Third and final differentiation is the TSG, or Traditional Speciality Guaranteed.
It is a mark of origin introduced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Policies aimed at protecting productions that are characterized by compositions or traditional production methods.

Another problem of European agriculture are vast superifici not used, then those uncultivated or abandoned.
It is a real problem because it reduces the efficiency and production involves over-exploitation of land already cultivated, and leads to degradation of land.

For this reason the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has created the National Agency for the Redistribution of Abandoned Lands (also known as "Bank of the Land").
It is an organ, with a specific section and autonomous for each Region, which expropriates the land abandoned, making them of public property.
At that point the land is reallocated for free to anyone who wants to grow them and make them productive, obtaining profits.
In particular, it is an opportunity for growing businesses and young entrepreneurs wanting to start a new business.
A regulation, however, prohibits a single entity to receive all the land, so the recipient will always be different.
A great way to increase production and ensure efficiency.

he funds and instruments so far listed will be managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Policies, at the national level.
The cash and investments will be transferred annually to the Regions based on the requests from a specific organ, the National Agency for Agricultural Payments.
They will then regional authorities, the Regional Agencies for Agricultural Payments (one in each region) to transfer grants and investments to businesses.

The total investment amounts to several tens of billions of euro, a cost again is not indifferent to the state.
However, this will allow a hyperbolic development of the agricultural sector, with a total modernization, an expansion of existing businesses and the creation of hundreds of new jobs.
All this will encourage increased production and efficiency, with a benefit for domestic demand and an increase in exports.
At the same time greatly improve the condition of workers in agriculture (incomes will rise considerably) and will be reduced environmental impact.
In short, the European agricultural sector will become the most modern, efficient, and environmentally developed in the whole region, and government investment will be well rewarded.

Planita Expands Railroad & New Trade

In agreement today, Planita and Ireland established a new trade agreement to get rid of Ireland trash. In the base in Eurussia, the plasma gasification will process about 2,300 tons a week. It would produce about 1,300 gallons which would be given to Ireland as pay back. The agreement will start when the railroad is completed.
This is where the base and the rail links are.

Irelands oil reserves grow
On December 15th 2013 the Oil reserve for Ireland was a 400 Billion Barrels. Now on February 1 2014 the new oil reserve is 650 Billion. adding 250 Billion barrels to the oil reserve.

Oil production has also gone up from 5.7 Million to 7.2 Million due to the recent oil drilling in Germany.
