We want to build a new kind of matter-bomb and we want 4 more nations to get involved.

The First meeting finds place in Kyongdong

Of course Eurussia will support Dromoda.
Eurussia will provide resources, money, and scientists to the Kyongdong Program.
Eurussia will also be honored to host the building site while Dromoda for the test site.

The Social Democracy will support the Kyongdong Program.

Aloia is strongly opposed to this project. There is no need to develop such technology, and we believe that no one should have the enormous power that such a weapon would come with.

We beg of all nations participating in this to rethink their commitment to building a weapon that could destroy all that our great human society has worked to build. Such a weapon as proposed by this project would have no benefit to our society on earth and should not be pursued.

Antimatter bomb. Small amounts of antimatter has lots of power stored. I we could create a teaspoon of antimatter, we could use the power of it to not only create a bomb, but also power our cities for many generations.

Cool. Eurussia will commit 1 million euros for the technical team working on the planning phase of the project. And we are willing to provide more funds until the completion of the Kyongdong Program. We will be represented in this program by the Eurussian Defense Corporation which will also send expert professionals to help in the development of the program.

Well, we can host the next session of the council of the program in Velikogovolka. Also, Antanares will add 5 millions of Jedaros to the funds of the project.

The Nation of Ranji ya Magani wishes to express great concern about the nature of this project, and moves that all contributing nations withdraw their support from this research. Could the funds being funneled into the program be put to better use? Social well-fare within your autonomous regions perhaps? Ranji ya Magani will impose no economic sanctions upon the participating Nations, but advises that the continued development of weapons of this kind are detrimental to the the peace and well being of all Nations of the Region.
