As stated in a separate case against Ausavia, I am charging Carriebean with spamming the RMB. He has spammed the RMB with grotesque news stories of brutality and violence which should have been posted in the forums. He can't get the hint that we do not RP in the RMB, therefore I am presenting my case today.

I would want to hear Carriebean here. He has been so active in the RMB. And I wonder who he really is :-)

As for now Carriebean has been punished with two warnings, so he still has one chance left (I see no reason for making this case before him getting his third warning).
