Re: (dismissed)
I think my favorite move is All Quiet on the Western Front (1930). It's a really old move but it shows the true aspect of war. In this case, the First World War. One reason I like it is because it shows the war through the views of german soldiers rather than allied troops.

Book: The Da Vince Code :-)
Movie: Not that on the level of being my top favorite is The Last Emperor. But I just want to share it with you because it showed how the ruler of imperial China is really out of touch with the common people yet is very revered by the people. It also showed how a huge country as big as imperial China is governed technically not by the monarch on the day to day basis, but by feudal lords. The young Emperor Puyi is not even aware and in control of the fate of his own country he believes is his empire under his command and authority.
Re: (dismissed)
Well I am currently reading a book called "Behind closed doors, Stalin, the Nazi's and The west" which is about Stalin secret diplomacy, hell I learnt Stalin was shaking when the Nazi's where outside Moscow.
But for a favourite book right now? I really do not know
As for a Movie my all time favourite is "Those magnificent men in their flying machines, or how I Flew from London to Paris in 25 hours and 11 minuets" an older British movie, set shortly after world war one. Its a funny movie and if I had to pick a favourite character it would be the Prussian/German officer.
TV show? Doctor Who, I am British need I say more?

Not at all! I'm actually doing a bit of writing myself and making a game out of it; if you guys want testing copies of it, I can provide.
