(Passed) Biological & Chemical Weapons Ban Act

The Eurussian Government in its aim of pursuing a long lasting peace for the region and of all neighboring nations and ensuring the responsible utilization of technologies for the benefit of mankind and in its aim of empowering nations and international institutions in safeguarding peace and promotion of common understanding among all peoples and all governments,

Despite having the knowledge that in warfare, if ever peaceful means are already exhausted, no rules can be observed by any party involved and only the paramount objective on warfare is succeeding over the other thus can be achieved by the use of existing conventional weapons and all innocent civilians must be spared as much as possible and thus causing less harm as well on the military units in any form of military operations, thus Eurussia,

hereby proposes to the Security Council the :

BIOLOGICAL & CHEMICAL WEAPONS BAN ACT

Authored by the Empire of Great Eurussia

Section 1)

All political entities, nations, countries, and institutions are prohibited to develop and carry out any form of chemical and biological weapons in any place or any environment.

Section 2)

All political entities, nations, countries, and institutions that possesses any form of chemical and biological weapons must ensure their safe and complete destruction.

Section 3)

The Security Council of the World Alliance is empowered to enforce the provisions of this law.
