IFAT Council Meeting

This meeting is to discuss things about IFAT what we should do. Or if we should get involved somewhere.

Meeting starting on December 10 2013: Topic Statute of Organization.

Ok I have one If any acts of terrorism are reported around the world we will respond with our forces and help capture and defeat the terrorist group if they need it.

There is a problem with this statement: indeed, not every country could be willing to allow foreign forces to operate on its territory, thus it would be a violation of national sovereignty.
I know that you already wrote "if they need it"...but it's too vague. I believe it would be better to improve the statement.

Also, to state that "terrorism must be a crime against humanity" we need a definition of terrorism as well.
