Our agenda is the loan request of the Turkish Government."

Turkish Government used much in past days but they still know they were able to continue Turkiye but Powerist Rebels caused damge in Istanbul, East Karaman and Konya. If Turkiye will not build those cities, they have to coloise orface some revolts or Turkiye will use it's all money and collpase into 4 States

OOC: As much as we want to help others, being a member of the WDB, it is still on our discretion whether we wish to lend money to non-member states since we are the contributing members. Please refer to the World Development Bank Act for more details.

"But gentlemen, is it our responsibility as central bank heads to request on our governments military intervention? What we need is an assurance from the Turkish Government of the stability on the ground and also, if there is the risk of the collapse of Turkiye into four separate countries if we will not rescue them financially, how can they assure us they could pay the loan amount they are requesting?

We will surely pay our loan back in the future but we need some time and sending Military forces will not work because we can't re-build our cities. You can cancel our offer if you want 4 weak Turkiye's. And we are saying that they are not much as we. Just say us your choose. We still have chances to survive but if we will waste our time in here, we will collapse.

Long story short, NZ is willing to give Turkiye a no intrest loan regardless of the verdict of the WDB." *He then turns to the Turkish Minister* "We are willing to give your nation upto $200 Billion now, and we can give you through aid by helping with the rebuild by sending government contractors and laborers along with any other aid necessary like food for your civilians, materials for your building along with aiding you in building new infrastructure. Obviously all of this will be free, apart from the $200 Billion Loan. I know that you are probably thinking 'whats the catch?' so I might aswell clarify that now. We are basically doing this hoping that this will result in increased trade between our two nations, obviously this could not work out as such, but that is a risk we are willing to take considering the money at our nations disposal. Eitherway consider the free labour, no intrest loan and stuff an act of goodwill from our nation considering the support you gave us during the Reaper war."

Well, the Turkish Government has been a responsible member of the international community and even though this is a great risk for the bank, well, for their request of $ 1 billion dollars as a loan, in behalf of the Eurussian Central Bank and as the interim President of the Board of Governors, I am in favor of lending the Turkiye National Bank of Treasury to save them.

I am calling our counterparts to voice out their opinion namely, the Chancellor of Zakiristan Central Bank and the Lord Banker of the Imperial Bank of the Holy Patrician States.

As the President and with due consideration to the needs of the people of Turkiye, I have decided to increase their loan by nine billion, now to $ 10 billion dollars. We just need to have the supermajority approval of the Board. Thank you.
