OOC: I like to start of with a Hello, it seems that some manners tend to; stop existing on the Interwebs. i have been typing some news post going in-depth of how my government is run. It would have been better to put it in the National news, put I believe It is better because now I can explain less. Yesterday, my country announced that the native language has recently enforce meaning that all citizens are mandatory to practice speaking the native tongue. This also means that they knowledge of speaking other languages from your countries is not ignored.

On March 29, I describe what the Foriegn Affairs Dept. is about while getting enough rest for school afterwards.

His/Her Vision, Visionnaire, or The Architect is described as the designer of the country and also the King of it too. In government, his power is limited so that his successors do not overuse the position. He does not represent the country at all. The Governor of the Foreign Department is. his only job is at the start of the new year, he conducts and hosts an audience with both Departments on where to put the funds in which channel and which project is our main goal (i.e. last year, our military was replaced with hacker teams, due to His vision request). His second job is to sign or dismiss any bill,act, or resolution that comes his way. a document cannot be official without the Governor of the Domestic or Foreign Dept.'s signature and the Visionnaire's.

The reason that Trinity Sector hasn't physically engaged in this overseas tension is that First Duchess Jennifer, who handles Foreign Policy and Foreign Affairs, has not approved on it as a representative move for Trinity Sector. The Foreign Affairs Department consist of Representatives of other nation who have a say in what our country's position should play, along with trade deals and resources, economic moves, diplomatic talks, and shared research agreements. Currently there is one Representative in the Dept. and she is from Eurussia.

Truly, my second leader, First Duchess Jennifer, went to Moscow and sign the treaty of Friendship with Eurussia and that was it. I didn't open this part of my government because due to my bad presence I have left with most of you, but I, as the player of this "stressful" RP, am willing to listen to you.

Since it is a part of my government, this must be In-character (sorry), You will not be dealing with me/my main leader/First Visionnaire Francis, but you will have to deal with First Duchess Jennifer, with an appealing yet firm personality; and a better set of manners. So basically, i won't be a dick to all of you.

I ask you to send your best man or woman you feel that can represent your country, except for New Korrea due to his current status, and that would be all for now. As soon as the next 10 to 25 representatives join the Dept. My main leader will make a speech telling you good luck and stuff. They will be staying in the country for 14 days prior from the starting day. After that, Jennifer will conduct a 14 days recess so all the representatives can go back home. In the INN, I will post when the next time we meet, and I think that covers it. Due to my schedule, I will be "digitally" present from dusk till twilight. Again any country can join as long as you can send a representative at any time and Good luck to all of you.

So I beli that it was kind of unfitting for that sub-forum. Then I thought this is more diplomatic, but the Regional Diplomacy was mainly about the news post, so I settled for here. But if I do change my mind about the placement, it would most likely be to late since I will be starting soon.)

Greetings to all of the ambassadors present to commencement of Trinity Sector's Foriegn Affairs Department opened to everyone. My name is First Duchess Jennifer, and I am known as Governor of the Foreign Affairs Department or unofficial to most locals, Queen of the Quarter (1/4) [of Power]. I maintain the Foriegn representation of our country in the "World Court", for example the last realm we resided in, I referred it as a World Court because the action that we do for our interest and/or for our country will be judged as consequences follow. I also send any complaints, concern, and any invitations to the The Architect's desk to be given judgement on whether he approves it or not. As of recent events, my job as been suspended due to The Architect's believe that no one would show up, believing beforehand that this is considerable "a bad diplomatic move both on paper and in action." So of such recent events I have not been in charge of any international choices that our government has done committed to do. As of today, my suspension has been revoked, and here we are. Since it is our first meeting, it is tradition that First Visionnaire Francis official commence the first meeting of the 14 days. Ignore the main goal if you want, that is for the Domestic Affairs Department to handle. And that will be all. I will notify you the end of today's meeting.

But, first, I would like everyone to introduce yourself, if you like to.

Even though the actions and peaceful protest that have been going on during my suspension, I would like to ask all of you to disregard those moments and begin with a fresh, clean start. I would like to request that First Visionnaire Francis has gained about 1,000 field medics and 200 police officers that volunteered would like to help maintain stability in the territory given to us by President Leem but was currently under control of the governing body of Artitie. Now that his presents is gone, he would most likely appreciate any country to not harass him will he takes those men to the territory and promise not to touch the mainland. It will take him about 4-5 days to get their since the ship we have are not made for long trips as such and it is too dangerous to fly over there as well. Ambassador of Lockdownn, I am asking you to relay a message to the government of Wirbanskia, since they have claimed the closes piece of land to his route, would they give him safe passage?

Diplomatic relations that can be improved upon or created with the country of Trinity Sector. Ambassador Portland it is great to meet you. I hope the our time has tampered with you sleeping patterns too much. But back to topic, I believe that our islands is consider to be a great place to vacation. It would be a great service to your citizens that are interested to come here if we each build an embassy in each other's countries. I'm sure our citizens would like to be more knowledgeable on West Phoenicia culture.

I have somewhat disappointed news, First Lord Logan, Head of State, Governor of The Domestic Affairs Department, has halted his council to put up on unanimous vote on whether His Visison should leave for Korrea. It came to a tie, and all ties must be broken by Logan, Francis, and I. Logan is very protective of Francis, so this halting of the council is very ridiculous, be regardless we came to a compromise that we will follow the procedures of what you request but it will be one naval vessal, operate by 20 men; it is specialized for the sole purpose to transport the Royal family. First Visionnaire Francis will solely, along with the men on the ship visit the territory.
