As Eurussia and Ivania continues to enjoy a growing two way trade and in a bid to further strengthen the two nations' economic, security, and diplomatic relations, the Supreme Comrade, Jonah Luca, of the Comrades Union of Ivania, arrived in Moscow for his second official State Visit to the Eurussian Empire. He was greeted with military honours by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Condoleezza Rice, who also accompanied him to the Imperial Kremlin Palace, where His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Akihito, and Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Michiko, formally welcomed the Ivanian Supreme Leader and his delegation to the Eurussian Empire. A sumptuous private dinner was later held for the visiting leader together with the members of the entire Imperial Family.

On the following day, Supreme Comrade Jonah Luca, accompanied by Foreign Minister Rice, visited the Palace of Nations, the seat of the WA Government, to meet with the WA Secretary General where they discussed wide ranging issues and the unmeasurable contribution of the Ivanian Government for the workings of the WA Court of Justice. The delegation later flew to Saint Petersburg to visit the international headquarters of the WA Armed Forces, WA Space Defense Agency, the WA Department of Security and Justice, and the WA Humanitarian Organization where they also held talks and consultations with their respective Secretaries General. This was followed by the official meeting, back in Moscow, between Her Excellency, Chancellor Hillary Clinton and Supreme Comrade Jonah Luca at the White House where they discussed bilateral issues and concerns. They also led their expanded bilateral meeting with the Eurussian Cabinet and the Ivanian government delegation. A joint press conference was later held where the two leaders announced the signing of several bilateral agreements between their two nations aimed on boosting trade and economic development which involves defense infrastructure, telecommunications, transportation, and most importantly, renewable energy which is the priority policy of the Ivanian Government. In the evening before the visiting leader departs back to Ivanisgrad, a State Banquet was held, at the Imperial Kremlin Palace, hosted by Emperor Akihito in honour of the Supreme Comrade joined by the Imperial Family, military officials, government ministers, business leaders, and other well known figures that contributed to the development and maintenance of the strong relations between Eurussia and Ivania.

As it has become known before the international community that the Eurasian Government had indeed hidden interests in aiding the former Republic of Ceveztria against its former dictator, Moscow has downplayed the illegal and fraudulent claims of the Commonwealth of Eurasia to some lands of the Eurussian Commonwealth of North Ceveztria and the Eurussian Commonwealth of South Ceveztria, in a bid to avoid further humiliation on its ally. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs appealed to all non-concerned parties, especially Zackalantis and Tokugawa, not to militarize the issue and focus all international efforts in helping the natives in North and South Ceveztria as the Eurussian Government trusts the Eurasian Government in performing its pledged duty for the people in Ceveztria as it enjoys the confidence of sovereignty in the two territories after the Treaty of Annexation, which according to analysts, can easily be defended by Moscow in any legal or non-legal forum. Nevertheless, it was reported that the Eurasian Ambassador to Eurussia in Moscow has been summoned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to clarify the recent actions of the Eurasian Government in North Ceveztria and South Ceveztria.
