I have to confess that it's difficult for me to choose since I believe that both Ireland and Kaevi would do a great job running this Organization.
However, due the fact Ireland is its founder, I guess it would be correct to give him the privilege to obtain the chair of Secretary.

Although we recognize the efforts and good leadership of the Kaevian Government on the WA Parliament, which they knew for a fact, with regards to the IFTA, we would still prefer, at the time being, that the Irish Government continue to lead the IFTA. Congratulations!
