We could make a constitution and sort of set up a mini-Parliament that would be focused on encouraging free trade and whatever else we decide to support.

I (or someone) can set up a Google Docs document so everyone (in IFTA) can make changes and we can post the final draft on the front page.

We have new headquarters and New Tarajan has been appointed Deputy Secretary General.

We wish to deeply thank Ireland for this appointment.
We hope to to do our best to carry on with our duties for the sake of IFTA.

yes the constitution is in effect 3/5 nations approved of the constitution so therefore it is in effect, And yes everything is fine.
