ELECTION REGULATION ACT

Section 1) The Secretary General from hereon, tasked by the Constitution to administer elections in the World Alliance, in the spirit of democracy, shall handover such responsibility to the duly appointed Election Commissioner, whereas as prescribed herein, all results handled by the latter shall be certified by the Secretary General to become official and executory.
Section 2) The Election Commissioner, at the time of appointment, shall come from the elected Member States of the WA Council, duly appointed by the President of the WA Council which shall remain in office at the pleasure of the WA Council and shall only be removed from office via resignation or dismissal via majority decision of the WA Council.
Section 3) The Election Commissioner shall have the primary duty of administering the elections in the World Alliance which involves functions including but not limited to notifications, creation of dedicated threads or subforums, creating ballots, announcements, counting of votes, verifying of votes, and other duties as prescribed by law.
Section 4) The Election Commissioner shall administer elections of the WA Council, WA Parliament, and WA Court of Justice within the bounds of law and the WA Constitution especially on the timing of the filing and/or registration of candidacy, period of voting, period of counting, proclamation of winners and so on and so forth.
Section 5) The Election Commission shall ensure transparency of any election.
Section 6) The World Alliance hereby strictly prohibits puppet nations, registered or not, from participating in anyway, including but not limited to, voting in anyway, running for office, taking office or any position within the WA Government.
Section 7) The World Alliance hereby strictly prohibits nations not on the official WA Map from participating in anyway, including but not limited to, voting in anyway, running for office, taking office or any position within the WA Government.
Section 8) Any conflict that may arise on the course of the effectivity and/or implementation of this law in terms of RP and OOC matters shall be resolved by the judiciary.
