My Capital city is indicated as a white dot on the first image, and is named Gupata. Also, this might be a dumb question, but are nations allowed to add their section of the map to their Fact book and add different landmarks to their country (ie-other cities, landmarks, ect.)? Thank you!

As the Expansion Period is about to come

I was looking through the map to see who was still with us and found the above nations to have either left the region or ceased to exist.
