EXPANSION GUIDELINES :
1) Crop an unclaimed land. And since we are in two years celebration, all nations existing on the map can expand their territories TWICE THIS SIZE!!!

2) Your expanded territory can be in one single spot or two different areas!

Here is the expansion for New Rhodinia highlighted in red. Also, the white circle is actually where I wanted the capital of New Ostia to be. If you could move that, that'd be great
