How can you even approve his expansion when he literally can't expand? His entire country is occupied by hostile forces... Did the dprk have people on the moon that colonized the east and west request? I cannot believe that you would approve this when we are stressed on role play. I would have approved his request but postponed it until he gets his country back and has a rp basis to actually expand. This is a big disappointment to me.

As Map Admin, the only thing considered here on this thread is that if a nation follows the rules according to his request. Regardless of anyones RP, if your nation qualifies for a claim on this thread, it will be approved. It is the duty of the nation concerned to work on his RP.
