The Court of Justice will begin its investigation into whether or not Ceveztria will be allowed into the region. The court, at this time, requests that any nation with evidence pertaining to whether or not Ceveztria should be allowed to enter should present that now.

Sorry for the delay, but here is the official ruling on Ceveztria:

Due to Ceveztria's apparent civility in returning to the region, we will grant him a permanent residence period. This shall be comprised of the following.

(Note: This is to be used to all nations returning to the region who have left for breaching regional law. Also, this is to also used for all new nations, thusly Ceveztria's name is not mentioned therein. However, it still applies to him.)

1) The Sovereign nation of [insert Nation Name] is hereby placed under a probationary period to last for no less than one (1) month, or a selected time period allotted by the court.

2) This probationary period relating to RolePlaying will entail:

  1. The nation is to be allowed rights to RolePlay (heretofore known as "RP")
  2. The Nation is to be allowed to join regional organizations, be them governmental or non-provisional.
  3. The Nation is to be allowed rights to participate in regional governance, including, but not limited to, Parliament, Council, and administrative and participatory positions in regional organizations.

3) The Probationary Period related to regional law and codification shall entail:

  1. A system of penalties shall be imposed by this Sacred Institution, to be carried out by the Regional Moderators, which shall include:
  2. A Strike Penalty system, in which The Nation shall be subject to surveillance by Moderators, in which if the nation violates the penalty system a total of once (1), the nation will be subject to judiciary punishment by this court.
  3. A surveillance system which will require the due diligence of nations residing herein, along with the Regional moderators and administrators.

4)This Directive, heretofore referred to as the Regional Naturalization Directive, shall be applied to all nations returning to the region who have previously left the region.

5) This Directive shall also apply to nations who are newly immigrated to the region, but only for a period of one(1) week.

(Concluded) Judiciary Inquiry Into Ceveztria (Stirva) Empty Re: (Concluded) Judiciary Inquiry Into Ceveztria (Stirva)

Spoiler:

Eurussia supports this initiative but I believe this is not in fact a ruling on Ceveztria at all since there are no respondents to the case, much more a complaint. It is also Eurussia's grave concern that when we heard that the Court has stopped Ceveztria from participating, anew, in the region, there was actually no complaint!
On that note, Eurussia reckons that action of the Court.
Nevertheless, we believe that the proposal above is a proposal worth debating in Parliament, since it is not unenforceable because if I am correct, the Court can't make laws or rules for the region. Anyways, if this is presented in Parliament, I will support it!

The Court temporarily suspended Ceveztria from Roleplay due to his past as Stirva, insofar as the court was debating on whether or not to uphold his banjection. We have been very lenient thus far.

Moreover, The Court has presented how the Ceveztrian Issue is to be dealt with. It is not pertinent to the matter whether or not Eurussia approves of Ceveztria's suspension, insofar as the opinion of individuals is not relevant to the matter at had as it is not an issue open for discussion.

On the topic of the Directive presented, it is to be used as a suggestion when dealing with regional newcomers. The Court is aware of it's abilities as a Judiciary tribunal. Iura novit curia.

Whatever the matter, the Court has instructed the regional government on how to deal with the Ceveztrian matter. We trust that the Administrators will act accordingly.
