I wish to intervene as President of the Council. Actually the Council is discussing about military intervention of the World Alliance in Ceveztria. Thus, I ask not to intervene, until a decision will be taken. Then, the mandate should be given to authorized WA organizations.

you have nothing to do with the Communist fighting force.
if you want to involve me in your conversations about Ceveztria then make another tread about in that is not in the Council as i am not a member of it and do not feel the bound between the council and a Alliance

I believe nations have the right to defend themselves when threatened or attacked.

For its own definition, a suggestion is a suggestion and not an order.
