We confess to all these actions however the former dictator ordered to fire short range and weak missiles to Europe which had been confused for nuclear missiles which were early in development at the time. Communication mishaps are likely the cause giving out false information though navy ships which were docked near European coasts were carrying them and soon called back to the homeland to help defend the borders. The missiles had been fired however but failed to reach their targets because of the defense that Europe had.

The court had reached a verdict.

The defendant, Ceveztria, is hereby fined ₩10 Billion for use of unlawful nuclear weaponry, detonation or not, and is hereby ordered to limit it's military to no less than 500,000 men for 5 RP Years. Ceveztria is also banned from joining organizations such as the WAAF, the WADSJ, and the WA Parliament or Council for 10 RP Years. Should Ceveztria possess a seat in Council or Parliament, that seat is hereby declared void and to be replaced by the party Ceveztria is a member of, or should Ceveztria be independent to remain empty until the next Parlimentary cycle. Furthermore, Ceveztria is also ordered to decommission any aircraft carriers or long rang cruise missiles it still currently possesses and turn them over to international forces.

List of Punishments:

Transfer ₩10 Billion to the WA Government
Limit its military to no more than 500,000 men for 5 RP years
Leave all international organizations for 10 RP Years.
Decommission all aircraft carriers and long range cruise missiles.

OOC: How do we measure RP Years?

On the other hand, Eurussia welcomes and respects the decision of the Court of Justice, but banning Ceveztria from joining the Parliament and the Council is unconstitutional in our opinion, as Ceveztria has all the rights to run to these institutions as per the Constitution, furthermore, the WMD Regulation Act doesn't even specify the punishments for any violations. In anyways, the international community should just decide whether to vote or not for Ceveztria in Parliament or in Council in the future, but totally prohibiting a sovereign state is too much, and since the Court uses an international law as basis for justifying a violation, the tribunal should just use the same international law to find appropriate punishments, and since there are none, Eurussia believes that the tribunal should at least considered not going beyond the rights of Ceveztria under the WA Constitution.

This is not an appeal but a mere official opinion of the Eurussian Government.

We appreciate the Court's verdict, justice has been done.
We believe that doing so Ceveztria put aside any kind of boorish aggression on the international scene. As the population can devote to the consolidation of democratic institutions and the economic and social growth, even with the help of regional organizations and of Europe itself.

As regards the statements of Eurussia, remember that the old government of the nation charged, criminal and dictatorial, has launched against us at least 6 nuclear missiles with high potential. Fortunately the missiles exploded in flight without doing any harm, but if you think they got to their goal? Our nation would be destroyed. And this is not it a violation of our constitutional rights? Is not it a violation of our right to exist?
The Court has simply prevented such an event could happen again, he simply closed the military capability of Ceveztria. The aforementioned nation will continue to have the armed forces to guarantee internal security, and the lack of aircraft carriers or nuclear weapons certainly does not undermine the growth potential of the country. Indeed, it might even be positive, since the military budget could be better directed to the public health, public education, welfare and economic development. Or am I wrong? Either way, this will be a choice of Ceveztria.
In this judgment, we see no violation of the constitutional rights of Ceveztria.

Therefore, we reiterate support and gratitude for the Court. Today, justice has triumphed.
