The passage occured even before Ireland left the region so technically, it has passed already. And even though Ireland left the region before the voting ends, if there is any, the majority vote has been reached. So it still has passed by the majority of the Council.

Eurussia is a member of the WA Council. And the same way the Court prohibits interference from non-Parties, we do also hope that Eurasia will understand if we request non-members to stop interfering in Council matters.

As the president I say this vote has PASSED, THOUGH in the future we should need a law for situations like this, in case someone else will act irresponsibly like Ireland and just leave the region while holding an important post.
