The United States of Scouting Condemn Slavery in North Korreaa, State Department Issues Embargo




The President of the United States of Scouting has recently received Intelligence Reports on the situation in North Korreaa. Below is the transcript of what was said in the Press Conference.

"Our nation has passed legislation banishing any acts of slavery. We the Scouters, must do anything possible to stop the oppressive Government of North Korreaa. Our Intelligence reports show that slaves in North Korreaa are being brutally beaten, branded, whipped, cut, and have had acid slowly poured on them until they give into their "Owner's" demands. This is not just slavery, this is down right cruelty. We must admit however, that our military is not strong enough at this time to directly confront this situation. So in an effort to not just sit back and watch, I have issued an order to the State Department to begin an Immediate Embargo of all good to and from North Korreaa. We hope this will impact the North Korreaan's as we've been exporting a tremendous amount of automobiles to them and neighboring nations. We understand that this will have a minor impact on our own economy, but we can't conduct business with a country who allows slavery and cruelty as a part of their everyday life. Furthermore, we request that the World Alliance Security Council boot the Country of North Korreaa out of its Security Council seat for such violent and cruel acts. With the embargo issued, USS Navy ships have set sail to prevent any North Korreaan ships from sneaking into ports and exchanging loads with corporations.

While the list is short, it will prevent the catastrophe from expanding. There isn't a whole lot else you can do to contain this spill or attempt to clean it up in the process. The United States of Scouting plan to send over Secretary of Environmental Responsibility, James Euchee. The Secretary of DoER will oversee all aspects of containment and cleanup. Sec DoER plans to have a group of Environmental Scientist to come over to test the air and soil in the surrounding areas to ensure that there's no harmful to humans contamination. While in Apepistan, Sec DoER plans to meet with the leader of their nation to discuss cleanup and potential new regulations to implement in both Apepistan and Scouting.
