The nations of the Catham Islands and the Chernarusian ChKDZ have come to an agreement to proclaim and not neither will get directly involved in the dispute between Ivania and Dromoda over KennyLand. Both sides are allowed to send volunteer brigades and other like support, but no direct military forces. Chernarusia has decided to send a 1,000 man brigade to the disputed region to keep peace and hopefully not be engaged in any open warfare.

As the Tension is getting worst in Controversial Jilin Island Dispute between Dromoda and Kennyland and the Reinforcement siding with kennlyland, Eurasia and Ivania sending their forces as the aid of Kennyland. Imperial Tokugawa its 7th Naval Fleet near to the Jilin Dispute as the aid of Dromoda.


Prime Minister Park : We believe that Dromoda is just taking back what is belongs to them so we are here to help them.

The Social Democracy stated this morning that it has been given irrefutable confirmation from the government of Ivania that proved the republic of Dromoda has made no aggrement with Kennyland over the island of "Jillin". As a result, to Social Democracy continues to recognize the Jillin islands as the sovereign territory of Kennyland and Kennyland alone. Any further advances made by Dromodan forces into the island of Jillin will be treated as an act of illegal invasion by the said aggressor, and as a result the Social Democracy and all her forces will launch an rebuttal campaign to ensure the lands of Kennyland remain under Kennyland control. Sadly, this does mean that a large in international war will be a likely result due to the current attitude displayed by the Dromodan government. 


OOC : Ivania knows KennyLand outside NS (I believe they are work mates), and he told me that Dromoda didn't make any correspondence with KennyLand over this.

In recent news Dromoda had supposedly sent 300 officials to the Judlyn or the "Jillin" Islands, However according to Ivanian-Kennylandic officials in the Judlyn Island administration buildings have never received this horde of officials. A quote from the Supreme Comrade shows Ivania's feelings on the lie.

I ask myself this as I eagerly await a huge delegation of Dromodan officials. Where are they? After awhile we decided to look over the international news, and the fake officials have created a fake agreement with us. It has never occurred to us that the Kyongdong Government would resort to lies to get what they wanted. Judlyn is Kennylandic and that is final. If they wish for peace then they will have to actually come look for it.

Ivanian and allied forces have increased substantially in Kennyland and the surrounding area. It is unclear what the next move Dromoda will make but one thing is for sure Judlyn is not being divided between North and South.

The Week long bilateral maritime exercise between New Tarajan and Imperial Tokugawa NTIT'14 ( New Tarajan - Imperial Tokugawa Maritime Excercise ) commenced on Today , off the coast of Meisjigronden Coast . Units of the Tokugawa Maritime Self Defence Force (IMSDF) participating 3rd Navy Fleet , 20th Marine Combined Division and 7 units of Imperial Coast Guard. New Tarajani Naval units participating it's - 5th Fleet (in its entirety) , 115th Marine Combined Division and it's 15 units of Royal Coast Guard

During the sea phase of the exercise, navy personnel from both the nations will perform exercises including visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) drills, frequently undertaken during anti-piracy operations.
The crew will also conduct gun firing and cross deck Helo operations, as well as operations in anti-surface, anti-submarine and anti-air threat scenarios, as part of the sea phase.

Imperial Tokugawan - New Tarajani Maritime Exercise's happens in the purpose of Two Nation's Security against any Threat of invasion.

In order to strengthen "the inter-operability capacities and the level of cooperation" between the OMNI Enforcer, the military force of the Empire, and the Imperial Tokugawa military, the two countries are holding right now a series of massive naval and air exercises in the Shirouma and Tokugawa Sea, as revealed by a spokesperson of the Ministry of the Military.
The exercises, described by a Tokugawan official as "the heaviest ever sustained" by th Imperial military, will focus on air-sea patrol, anti-piracy operations and, of course, inter-operability.
"We are here because our goal is to demonstrate the strong ties existing between our countries, and to transform these ties in a stronger, more concrete, action" commented Duke Conrad Amasya, Chief of Staff of the OMNI Navy, who will personally oversee the operations: "Both New Tarajan and its Tokugawan friends have their strongest interest in holding these exercises, since we are talking about the direct safety of our own coastlines."
The Tokugawan Self-Defense Forces will deploy the 3rd Navy Fleet , 20th Marine Combined Division and 7 units of Imperial Coast Guard, while New Tarajan is deploying the entire 5th Fleet, 115th Marine Combined Division and 15 units of Royal Coast Guard.
"These exercises will surely be remembered as the most powerful display of naval power in the Shirouma and Tokugawa Sea" said a satisfied Tarajani captain.




But the massive military exercises between the Tarajani and Tokugawan Navy were only the prelude to another, important step undertaken by the diplomacies of both countries.
Indeed, the Tarajani Government officially invited Fujinomiya to join the South-Western Security Organization, the alliance, founded by New Tarajan itself, which constitutes the collective defense system of the entire Mnemosynean Continent.
"The invitation was quiet an obvious move" commented Countess Elizabeth Wilhelmine Van Der Grudeln, Secretary Chief of the Diplomatic Relations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: "Imperial Tokugawa is geographically part of Mnemosyne and, moreover, it enjoys the full trust of all the Members of the Organization, and of New Tarajan particularly."


While keeping an apparently-low profile during the growing tensions between Ivania and Dromoda (and their respective allies) on the issue of Kennyland/Jiliin, the Kingdom of New Tarajan was searching for a political, peaceful solution for the crises.
And, indeed, a first, official step in this direction finally comes.
Prime Minister Uriel Van De Groot, indeed, officially announced today that, after a series of talks between Astana and the countries involved, a Conference will be held in Shraman City, where the Powers will try to find, with the Tarajani mediation, to reach a solution.
On the beautiful, heavenly beaches on the Shraman Islands, the Ivanian Supreme Comrade, the Dromodan representative, Guangdong Zi, and the Eurasian Deputy Prime Minister Martinsom among the others, together with Prime Minister Van De Groot, will have to de-escalate tensions and achieve such a difficult goal.
But the Prime Minister is quiet optimist: "We have managed to bring all the countries involved to the table of negotiations, and this is already a success on its own" he said.
This is the fourth Conference proposed and hosted by the Kingdom of New Tarajan in the last years, and many analysts are particularly underlining how this last one is a clear demonstration of the ever-growing activity of the Tarajani diplomacy, which is living right now a period of reinvigorated strenght: the birth of the new Tarajani energy diplomacy, the deals with Ivania and Croborne, the strong opposition to the illegal Ausavian annexation, and, now, the Conference in Shraman and the military exercises with Tokugawa, together with its invitation in the SOWESO; all of this is a clear demonstration of this fact.

Today Emperor Frederick Wallace sends 3rd fleet to patrol the Dromodian sea which is between both Dromoda and Kennyland. The Emperor says that " It is wrong for Kennyland to just take Jillin island as it should belong to the Dromodian Government. Articmainia has great ties with Dromoda and also we have a good trading history with the country so to repay Dromoda I shall help the country reclaim its right full Island. The Tarajani government answers with "disappointment" at the doubts expressed by the Eurussian Government over the impartiality of the Shraman talks. Doubts which have also been labeled by many as "offensive" toward New Tarajan and its efforts to achieve peace.
"New Tarajan has been the first country to call for talks, which have been accepted by all the countries involved, including Dromoda. We are sorry for what happened to the People's Republic delegate, but in no way this changed the fact that Dromoda has been the first to recognize our talks and to decide to participate." said Prime Minister Marquis Uriel Van De Groot from Shraman, where the talks are keeping going on.
"We cannot avoid to condemn any intention by Eurussia to arrogate, without any title, on itself the right to organize a new Conference, thus undermining the great efforts of the Tarajani and international diplomacy to reach a political and peaceful solution of the crisis. If Eurussia wishes to oversee the works, we will gladly grant the rank of Observer in Shraman to a delegate from Moscow. But one thing shall be clear: there's only one Conference. And that is in Shraman."
The Prime Minister also affirmed that "little by little, step by step, we are working in order to find a peaceful solution. We are sure that Dromoda will send a new delegate as soon as possible, but in any case the recognition of the Conference is valid. Moreover, our only intention is to finally bring to an end this mess over Kennyland: thus, we must go on on this track. To confuse the International Community with a parallel Conference would be only dangerous; and such a proceeding, to create a sort of "parallel" Conference is also deeply irregular; not only but it is also against any rule of international courtesy."
Thus, the words of the Prime Minister are clear. Although the Tarajani government also expressed the intentions of Eurussia as "commendable" in its intention to participate to the peace-making process, the Conference in Shraman will not be suspended, nor it will cease in favour of some Conference in Moscow.




Meanwhile, at the Royal Palace of Merlberg, historical seat of the power of House Van Vinkel and HQ of the SECURS, King Friederick Wilhelm officially declared open the Third Meeting of the SECURS Assembly, which gathers the Heads of State and Government of all the alliance.
Many the issues on the table: from the possibility to sign a scientific cooperation agreement to the first joint military exercises to be organized under the Joint Military Command framework.
And many other will come out as the Assembly proceeds with its work.
The SECURS is without doubts one of the most powerful alliances in the world, gathering together the most part of the monarchies of the World Alliance, and its effectiveness, and capability to operate alongside many other international organizations and institutions, has been proved many times, in many areas, such as Snarfia and Regornia, among the others.

After some time of silence, the Chernarusian Military has began drills all around the country along with some contingents from the other Comintern Nations. These drills are to make sure that the Chernarusian Military is still able to respond when they are needed and are effective.

After making an agreement with The Catham Islands to not directly support either Ivania or Dromoda in the KennyLand dispute, Volunteers from the military came forward to be put into "Volunteer Brigades" and to be sent overseas as a peacekeeping force. These units will be used as peacekeeping forces and will not openly engage any forces unless fired upon first. There are 3 Brigades being sent to Ivania, each consisting of 3,000 Men, all of which are volunteers and are not under Chernarusian Military Jurisdiction and should not be taken to reflect the Chernarusian Military as a whole.

Articmainia joins the Moscow peace summit

Early this morning at 7:41am Emperor Frederick Wallace has sent his Brother's son Jonothan Wallace also known as the Son of Articmainia to Moscow Eurussia to help settle the tensions between Dromoda and Kennyland. The arguments over the island called Jillin has cause a lot of trouble between Dromoda and Kennyland and sense this dispute is drawing in the Empire of Eurussia which is Articmainia's long time ally the Emperor say's that he would help his long time trading partner Dromoda but will also join Eurussia in its quest for peace between Dromoda and Kennyland. Ambassador Jonathon's goal is to find a quick solution to the growing issue before it spreads into a nasty conflict.

After the 9 magnitude Earthquake and mega tsunami hit North Western Eurussia Emperor Frederick Wallace will be sending 4 medical ships filled with food water and first aid kits. The ships are also full of highly trained Doctors that will assist the wounded till they are fully recovered.

Texania announces its support for Dromoda. 

With the kennyland situation flaring up, texania has announced it's support for Dromoda. It will supply Dromoda with supplies if war happens to flare up, and will grant amnesty to Dromodan officials if they ask for it. The Fiddiny canal will also be closed down to nations opposing Dromoda if war breaks out.

Presidents' son found shot dead in room with plane wreckage

George Moosh is in mourning after his son, Greg Moosh, was found riddled with bullets from a Messerschmitt BF 109, which had crashed into his bedroom which was above George Moosh's office. It is believed that George Moosh was the intended target, as bullets had first been shot into his office, but it was empty. The perpetrator, Henry Yuxlatop, was killed in the crash. He was known as an avid historical plane collector, but it is unknown what caused him to attack. The plane hit the building at a ten degree angle, first hitting Greg's room, then piercing into the office, and finally Breaking into smaller chunks, which then went on to killing 1 Gaurd and injuring 7 others. A funeral will be privately held.

Kaevi received word from the Eurussian capital of Moscow that a major tsunami devastated the northwestern portion of Eurussia. As a friend to Kaevi, the government mourns the losses Eurussia received as a result of the tsunami. Foreign Administrator Tablavas Harevfas delivered the following message from her private diplomacy blimp, Skyhammer 37:

We as a nation are deeply impacted by the trauma inflicted upon Eurussia and sincerely hope for a thorough and prompt recovery. While physical damage may be hard to bear, damage to the spirit can be much worse. I would like for Eurussia to know that our arms are open in support and we would be glad to help Eurussians in any way we can.

A moment of silence is currently being held across the nation in remembrance for those who were lost. Tomorrow is scheduled to be an official Day of Sympathy in Narasti and a candlelight relay around the city is planned for that afternoon. The Security Administration has authorized relief shelters to be used by displaced Eurussians (if the government of Eurussia deems necessary) until infrastructure has been restored in the damaged areas of the country. At the very moment when the news of the terrible tsunami which hit Eurussian Northern Coasts reached New Tarajan, King Friederick Wilhelm personally ordered a day of mourning in the entire Kingdom to honour the many lives taken by the disaster.
"It is with deep pain that I heard of the terrible tragedy which hit the peoples of Eurussia" commented His Majesty: "In such a dark moment, we need to stay together, side by side, overcoming all our differences, in order to show our true humanity."
The King personally expressed his condolences to Caroline Kennedy, Eurussian representative to SECURS, during the Assembly of the Alliance.
In order to strengthen the sense of solidarity and vicinity of the International Community to Eurussia, the King also proposed to relocate the Third Assembly Meeting to Eurussia itself.

King Friederick also ordered the Tarajani Red Cross and the OMNI Enforcer to organize relief efforts and to send aids to Eurussia.
Escorted by the 8th Fleet, three massive hospital ships are reaching Eurussia, while the OMNI Air Force has organized a special transport route for thousands of volunteers and their equipment; the Red Cross is alread organizing a series of first-recovery camps, while a number of soldiers are helping the Eurussian local authorities to patrol the streets and keeping order and safety for the hundreds of thousands of refugees.
The Air Force also offered its aid in transporting the most serious injured to the Moscow hospitals and even to New Tarajan.
The recovery efforts and aids are being financed directly by the Imperial and Royal House Van Vinkel. Rumors from the Royal Palace say that, even in the case the SECURS Assembly should not be relocated to Moscow, His Majesty decided to personally visit the place of the disaster to express his solidarity.
Many analysts expressed their surprise for such a strong series of action in favour of Eurussia taken by a man who the Eurussian media themselves often described at least as "undesired" in the country.
