Scottish Government thinks Scouting is making dictatorship in Security Council by removing great nations and changing rules

The Scottish Government issued a press release believing that Scouting is becoming a hegemon in the Security Council by removing great countries and even forcing change of rules. This is unacceptable.

The Wirbanksian Government has denied any and all accusations regarding Scoutings alleged actions as "dictatorship". The Wirbanksian Emperor Urin Inglis, Demands that Scottlands provide proof of this claim. He also states that Scoutings and others alike have been working on reforming the Security Council utter inefficient methods on passing votes, also stating that these reforms are vital and are in no way corrupt. Scoutings decision to remove these nations is according to some a bit far fetched but indeed needed as cleaning out the Security Council of nations whose minds aren't with peace and stability but with consuming power and nobility.

Wirbanskian Emperor Urin Inglis states that "Nations that violate the new rules of the Security Council such as failure to vote on important matters and instead being absent from such activity such as Scottlands themselves, should step down and let more competent nations in. Do the job that you have signed up for or don't do it at all, governmental matters aren't a game especially if they have the power to change entire laws and the structure of a government."    

Any new actions regarding Scouting could result in diplomatic sanctions and embargoes.

Russian Government Releases List of Dead

Earlier today the Office of National Security released the official list of the dead. It has been confirmed that 191 people were killed and 2,050 have been injured. The list of dead from each nation is included.

Upon seeing the list Emperor Charles I broke into tears.

"I apologize. The Government should have put better security in place. It is my fault. I didn't think of it. I severely under estimated the strength of the C.A.B. And because of my ignorance 200 people died and 2000 were wounded. I apologize to Eurussia for your 45 dead and 150 wounded. The Russian Government takes full responsibility. I apologize to the Scouting Government for your 3 dead and 50 wounded. We take full responsibility.I apologize to MEU for your 2 dead. I apologize to Xolox for your one dead. We once again take full responsibility. I apologize to the Russian People for all those we have lost. I and this Government takes full responsibility.But it is in these times that we must show unity. We must not divide our selves. If we do that then we let the enemy win. But if we stay together we can over come all foes. I call upon the nations of the world. Out aside all differences and fight terrorism within your own country and abroad. Come together as one force and we can defeat terrorism. I will not let another attack like this happen.God Save us all. Furthermore I wish to speak on the issue of international flights. The Eurussian Government recently banned international flights from Eurussia to Russia. I wish to expand on this. All international flights are banned from coming into our air space for the next 30 days. In 30 days we will survey the situation and go on from there."

Scouting Withdraws Membership From ZAR and WEC

Following the WTU/ZAR drama, along with the failing ZAR leadership, the Scouting Government has elected to withdraw its membership from the trade organization. While the trade organization provided many great economical improvements, the Scouting Government felt that it was time to withdraw. The Scouting economy is rated "Thriving" on the Global Economical Scale. Scouting has an astounding $926,608,000,000 GDP, and $632,118,476 in Trade Net. Scouting considered the Zaristic League of Trade to be defunct ever since the Head of Court, the nation of Azotakza, vanished from the scene. Once Apepistan took over, the damage had already been done and ZAR has been nearly dissolved.


Scouting has decided to remove itself from the World Education Center on the grounds that the organization, since birth, has done next to nothing to setup education for students around the World Alliance. The Scouting Government considers the World Education Center having good means but not being able to act on them. While we regret to withdraw, there are no students to teach and therefore we feel that it would be unwise to build a University or College at this point.

Terror Ties on the Empire of Russia Nuclear (Near) Disaster? & Other WEPA News

Following the request of the Russian Government, Scouting and the WA Environmental Protection Alliance sent out a team of scientists and experts to analyze the Power Facility in Russia, Obninskaya. On December 31st, 2014, Russia, and the World's first Nuclear Power Facility, Obninskaya, experienced a minor leak in one of the reactors. Due to human error, this leak was ignored until it became a near-meltdown. Luckily, the employees of the plant were able to contain the leak and shut down the reactors before a catastrophic event occurred. After further inspection of the facility, it was found that the reactor had failed to undergo routine maintenance checks. Upon interviewing the employees, it was found that they were asked not to perform these checks by the Plant Manager. When the team investigated the Plant Manager, he said that he felt the checks were unnecessary as the plant had been running fine since it was built and it would be a waste of the employees time. Information regarding the investigation was handed over to the Russian Authorities, as terrorism is not to be ruled out in this event. The Plant Manager asked the employees not to perform the safety check and also neglected to notice when the plant nearly went into a full meltdown. Russian authorities have taken the Plant Manager into custody for further investigation into possible terror ties.

The Scouting Government Pressures Great Eurussia to Make Move on WASC Reforms

Following the Inactivity of certain WA Security Council members and constant abstentions, as well as default abstentions, the Scouting Government has been in closed door discussions with Great Eurussia to bring this "Government Shutdown" to a close. The last time the WA Security Council passed a resolution or legislature by WASC vote was December 25, 2014, Christmas Day. Scouting has convinced the Eurussian Government to take Executive Action, pending WASC approval by 6 votes, counting the Eurussian and Scouting votes. We felt that it was time to take extraordinary measures to allow the WASC to recover and continue providing for each continent's constituents. Following the failure of the Loxan Government in negotiations with Great Eurussia to revive the Security Council, the Grand Empire of Xolox resigned from the Vice-Presidency.

Scouting Mourns the Loss of 3 Lives in CAB Bombing, Thankful for the 50 Survivors

While the Scouting Government is still receiving details from the Russian Government on what exactly occurred and who the CAB is, Scouting is in the process of mourning the loss of lives. The President is expected to make a statement in front of the nation after more details are gathered from the Russian Government.

Scouting Condemns Scottlands

Following Scottlands recent Leave of Absence, Scottlands returned to immediately claim that the Scouting Government was attempting to "Create a Dictatorship" within the WASC. Clearly, this is not what's going on and we are disappointed that the Scottland's Government cannot understand that, and lacks the capability to read and understand legislature. While the Scottlands people are ranked with the same estimated intelligence level as Scouting, we've petitioned the Global Census Office to review Scottland's ranking. The Government of Scouting hereby condemns Scottlands for their outrageous and unproven accusations.

Since the news that Azotakza seeks to bring back Korreaa to communism have been proven to be real, lots of people in West-Korreaa, and korreaan refugees in Apepistan have held anti-communist demonstrations. Their main mottoes were "Kim Jong-un OUT!" and "Communism no more!".  Thousands of apopic sympathizers joined them; at the end of the demonstration, candles were lit for those who died for the freedom of the korreaan people.





The United Kingdoms of Apepistan have announced the Korreaan Khanate. The region, which was known prior as West-Korreaa, will be part of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, much like the Principality of Korreaa-Artite. In the meantime, the United Kingdoms have declared that they fully acknowledge the Principality of Korreaa-Artite.


With the Korreaan Khanate joining the United Kingdoms as a fully legitimate kingdom, the Council of the United Kingdoms has now 70 delegates, 2 new from the Korrean Khanate. The K.K. will enjoy all the authonomy of any other kingdom, mainly but not limited to: the right to free elections according to the Apopic election system, the right to choose and use a national language as the official language, the right to send delegation to the Council of the United Kingdoms, the right to serve in the Armies of the United Kingdoms, the right to religious freedom, etc. Overall, the Korreaan Khanate will use the basic constitution of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, but can pass new regional legislation if it does not contradict the national legislation.  

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan has also announced that after the region has been rebuilt and reconstructed, a vote will be held if the people of the Korreaan Khanate want to be independent, re-join New-Korreaa, or stay with the United Kingdoms of Apepistan. No date has been set to the vote yet. The census of the vote will be set by the WASC, which will oversee the voting procedure aswell.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan will keep aiding the rebuilding of New Korreaa financially, and urge all nations involved to make their next steps accordingly to the interest of the Korreaan people.

Vice President Dickey approved and signed the treaty of peace in Moscow with New Korrea. This is to end years of repression and corruption by its old leader in DPRK. He warned Xolox not to return Kim Jong Un to Korrea and President of New Korrea not to return to communism or else face the wrath of American power.

* MEU condemns terrorism and colonialism *

The US of MEU Government condemns the terrorism in Russia and colonialism of Apepistan. The State Department is promising to help Russia fight terrorism and communism. MEU also said Apepistan should stop promoting colonialism in New Korrea and sign the treaty. Nations should work together for democracy and freedom.

Today a total of five hundred thousand Imperial soldiers and Marines began unloading in Beijing. Their orders are to go down south to fight the I.W.W who have now full control of most of the southern area of China China. Emperor Constantine has ordered the deployment and mobilization of a further 2 million troops to disembark for China China in order to fight the I.W.W. The Emperor has asked the Chinese president if the Empire could set up a base in order to accommodate the large number of troops. Furthermore the Emperor wishes for this small engagement to be swift hoping to arrest a large number of insurgent fighters. As for the Republic of New Korrea and her ally the People's Republic of Azotakza, the Empire has officially declared them enemies of the state. No action has been taken but troops in the PKA have been ordered to defend the territory to the last man.

Following the Russian Parliament's vote to block the Chancellor from returning to his Country, Scouting immediately offered up two of its own F-16 Fighters to escort the plane back. The Air Force has announced the safe return of the Chancellor, and this is partly in fact of Scouting's assistance, and the cooperation of the Chancellor's staff for not announcing their return. The Chancellor's aircraft flew into Russian airspace at about 3:25 AM and landed shortly thereafter. The CAB were unable to take any shots at the aircraft and the Russian Military were contacted shortly after entering Russian Airspace.


President Jeb Bush released a statement regarding this issue, "It's concerning that the Congress of a nation stronger than our own, at least in numbers, cannot come to an agreement on planning a way to get their own leaders back into the country. We recognized the possibilities of a government meltdown or CAB takeover should the Chancellor not be able to regain entry, so therefore we took action. We contacted the Chancellor's staff and presented them with a plan to get the Chancellor safely back into the country and it worked. While we're happy to help one of our fellow WASC members and WA nations, we hope that it won't come to putting Scouting's lives on the line again. We offered our help because we lost 3 Scouters with many more injured in the CAB bombings and we would not like the CAB to prosper and be able to take pride in the fact that they've prevented the Chancellor from returning. Thank You."

CAAF has halted any action in Lockdownn as a treaty is being written, A top geberal for CAAF states "we have made great progress with this mission and we are thrilled to see the aggressors taking diplomatic measures to insure the safety of their people". According to the treaty Miching Yorguschmich will remain in power but any actions made outside of his country will have to be approved by the council.


The Wirbanskian military is preparing the deployment of 250 troops to an Artitian military outpost in New Koreaa. The move has been been ordered by Emperor Urin Ingles who wants to maintain peace with its ally in case of backlash following North Koreaan demands that Apepistanian and Artitian forces leave the country. Military equipment and supplies will be shipped to the Artitian base as well as the troops.

EBSOTZ CREATES FASTEST CAR IN THE WORLD ALLIANCE

After hundreds of hours of research upon Automobiles, Ebsotz has finally given a go on "the fastest car in the world". Last weekend, Ebsotz's automobile industry has gone up by 50%. This was mainly caused by research, and the exploration of a new metals called palladius, rhodium, and alkaya. This was introduced first by the Ebsotzian Famous Car Company, Ovo. The model itself is called the Ovo Jükz 1500V. The car itself has been known to reach up to speeds of about 561 MPH.

* White House approve New Korrea breakup with Azotakza *

The White House released a statement where the US Government approved of New Korrea breaking tiez with Azotakza to not be dictated by imperialism. White House also said that Apepistan and Artite should sign the treaty.

Major C.A.B. Compound Bombed

Citizens in the North Russia Township of Roshnia we startled from their every day life when an Airofrce Plane flew over and dropped a bomb on a building near the center of thew town. The citizens soon started panicking thinking that some foreign country had bombed the town. But the army soon arrived to calm people down and later in the day the Minister of Defense Michael Noonan admitted that the plane belonged to the Russian Air Force and that the building that had been hit was a C.A.B. Compound. Expected to be the largest in the nation.


"Member of the Public and Foreign Dignitaries. At precisely 3:30 PM the Russian Air Force on order of the Chancellor launched an attack on the Roshnia Civil Services Building. We had hard proof that this building was an C.A.B. Stronghold. We expect it was the largest compound in the country. It was not the first attack against the CAB. Just last night we conducted a raid on 5 Moskva homes and arrested or killed 50 members of the CAB. And the list goes on from there. We would never intentionally kill innocent civilians. which is why it took us so long to launch this attack. We expect that this building had many important assets to the CAB. Such as over 2.5 Million rounds of bullets, 2500 tons of explosives, over 4000 weapons, and about 3500 CAB soldiers. Including many high ranking members. This attack will not stop the CAB but it will slow their progress.In the next two weeks our military will conduct about 150 assaults. We are not sure if we will kill the leader during these missions but one thing is for certain we are getting closer by the day."

On January 30, 2015, in the World Alliance Security Council's Headquarters, President Jeb Bush was awarded the Vice-Presidency over the WASC. This was following Xolox's resignation from the position under protest to pass the WA Reforms Act. Xolox's actions failed, however Scouting was able to come to an agreement and was able to convince the Eurussian Government to use it's founder's capabilities to pass the law under an emergency. Following that incident, Scouting was able to whip the votes necessary to pass the legislation, which was slightly modified by the Eurussian Government, to exclude the full reviewal of all dismissed legislation/resolutions that failed due to death by abstention. Although this occurred, the Scouting Government attempted to put a few of the most pressing legislation back up for debate and voting. Citing the Scouting Government's capable leadership along with the ability to whip votes, it was clear that Eurussia saw Scouting as the best candidate for the job.

Scouting's Remarks on Xolox vs Great Eurussia

As quoted by Secretary of State, Johnathan McClure:

"While the Scouting Government is thrilled to hold the position of Vice-President residing over the WASC, we believe that Xolox is also fit for the job. We feel that it would be unjust to remove Scouting from the Vice-Presidency after being appointed, but if it is the will of the Presiding Judge and the WASC to do so, we will back off. We do however, believe STRONGLY that the Loxan Government should be awarded a position back on the council, regardless of the end result of the lawsuit. We fully support the Loxan Government in receiving a WASC seat back, and we will back the decision of the WASC on the outcome of the Vice-Presidency."

Scouting Releases Statement Regarding Leader of Russian Socialist Detained

As quoted by Secretary of Defense, Nate Walton:

"We commend the Russian Government for taking terrorism seriously and taking swift action to arrest supporters of terrorism. As a nation, the majority of Scouters are opposed to Socialism and we are immensely happy that the Russian Government is taking steps to avoid another socialist regime. We cannot thank and support the Russian Government enough for their actions."



The World Alliance Environmental Protection Alliance is taking big steps forward towards a greener future! Scouting welcomed the nations of Lonbonia, Muchos Estados Unidos, and Omega Atlantica into the Alliance this week. Following the entry of Lonbonia, Scouting named the nation an "Environmental Specialist" citing it's advancements in the fields of Science and Technology, along with its enthusiasm for the Environment. While this doesn't allow them to vote, it will allow for their input to be highlighted among the other member nations. Legislation proposed by Scouting has hit the floor for debate and voting this week, "Taxation on Virgin Paper". The law suggests a 50% tax on all virgin paper products, which is considered to be any paper using less than 20% of recycled material. This is to promote the use of recycled material and reduce the usage of natural materials as well as reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The next item on the Agenda for the WEPA is the regulation of checks for Nuclear Facilities within WEPA nations. The legislation was discussed, but never put together in a working and proposable format. After the "Taxation on Virgin Paper" bill is passed, this will be on the table for WEPA members to draft up.
