Hostage Situation

The Ministry of Defense has confirmed that there is an official hostage situation dealing with the terrorist organization the CAB and two Russian Citizens. The two citizens are Vladimir Alexandrov and Boris Gorelov. Both of which are reporters for Russia Today(RT) the country's largest news corporation.

In a statement made by a person of unknown origin.The CAB demanded 250 Million Euros from the Russian Government in return for the two hostages.

"To the Russian Government. Our strength will only grow. We have two of your citizens. And we demand 250 Million Euros for their return. If you do not answer our demand by the 20th of this month we will kill them both."

The Officer of the Chancellor soon responded with a simple yet strong message. "YOu kill our prisoners, we kill your leader."

Russia To Send Aid

The Government has authorized aid to be sent to Serenarea after a disastrous volcanic eruption. The aid includes 7 Grand Imperial Sized Hospital Ships, the RIS Emperor Alexander, (an aircraft carrier) which will transport 1300 peace keeping troops, 3 tons of water and food supplies among other necessities. "When our friends need help we must send it" said Emperor Charles I in a statement to the Press.

The Serenarean government expressed its gratitude to the many nations who in the time need, has sent aid to assist the people of Serenarea. The Serenarean government vows to help other nations in need after the disaster.

"We, the government and citizens of Serenarea are extremely grateful for all the international support. With the help, we were able to avoid humanitarian crises and speed up evacuation as well as the rebuilding process. In the wake of this great disaster, we are extremely grateful."



Junkin the Third of Sarun and his Consuls have made a visit to the island of Chios where the volcano erupted. They helped in providing support as well as setting up shelters for the misplaced. Junkin III and the National senate has ordered the Fifth and Seventh Fleets to provide aid and evacuate remaining citizens.

Lady Nicola launches battle against SARS

After arriving from NATO meetings in Snarfia, President Lady Nicola was shocked that the number of suspected cases of SARS or Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome has dramatically risen from 3 cases now 68 cases. It is the first time the disease was discovered in the country. Lady Nicola asked the public to remain calm and alert and check for signs of SARS such as cough, sore throat and severe fever and other unidentified symptoms. The Scottish Government also assured other countries that the situation is under control.

I hereby resign as Minister of Defence, I resigned as a Member of the State Duma, I hereby forfeit any titles given to me by the Emperor of the Russian Empire. And I apologize to the Russian People."

After leaving the Presidential Palace, Fabius toured the Capitol City where he met with ctizens of all types and had normal conversations. He regarded most of them as a friendly people.

SARS kills 1 citizen of the Scottish Republic

After SARS cases rose to 1,325 infected people in the country, the Scottish Government admitted that the first one infected by SARS is now dead after battling with the deadly disease fast spreading in the country. Many countries have taken action on this matter but Scottlands continue to assure everyone that the SARS is under control and the government is doing everything to keep everybody safe. The news of the first casualty spread fears all over the country affecting public places such as malls, plazas, parks, and mostly businesses.

SARS Reported in Russia

Soon after the Scottlands State Visit a case of the infectious disease known as SARS was reported. The person infected is the Press Secretary for the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He was checked into the Hospital at 9 PM and by 1030 PM he was under quarantine.

The Minister for Health has said. "We have the situation under control. We have him in quarantine and he will stat there until he dies or a cure is found. We are contacting any people he may have come in contact with to test them. The Russian Government is taking this very seriously. We can't risk an outbreak in our country."

CAB Executes 22 Hostages

The CAB has struck once again. It has been almost 1 week since the CAB threatened to kill their hostages if the Government didn't give €250 Million for each person. today a video was sent into RT News Headquarters.The contents of the video were surprising and revolting. This has yet to be confirmed by the Ministry of Justice or the Office of the Chancellor. Though it is expected to be soon. No announcements have been made on the whereabouts of the body.

CAB Gains Major Footing

In a brutal military battle, the CAB for the past two weeks have been continuously fighting their way across western Russia. The terrorists continuous attacks have tired out Russian Soldiers causing many to retreat.

But with CAB having a major stronghold less than 50 miles from the capitol,Moskva, the Government has ordered that surrender is not an option. The Ministry of Defence has also annouced plans to send an additional 65,000 troops to combat CAB Militants. "We can not let terrorists get away with terrorism" said the Minister of Defense.

With the CAB gaining stronghold the Military has announced that this will make them easier to fight. "Before now they were scattered throughout the nation. But now we believe that nearly 95% of CAB militants are indeed in the west. We just have to put up a stronger defense and launch more offensive attacks. When we do this we can truly defeat these bastards. "

Ministry of Health Promises Containment of SARS

In a speech given by the Minister for Health,Jeremy Hunt the Ministry of Health has promised to contain the SARS virus in any way possible

"We share the concerns of the world. We know why they are acting the way they are. But know this. The Government will not be careless when it comes to a infectious disease like this. It has been declared highly contagious and if we find anyone tat has been in contact with this person we have in quarantine. They to will be quarantined. The Ministry of Health is taking any steps necessary to make sure this disease does not spread. We just ask the nations of our world to have trust and have faith in us. That is all I can ask."

CDC starts research for cure

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has reported that they are starting research to find and develop a cure for the SARS Virus. "If we can provide a cure for this we can completely eradicate this disease. We are not sure how it found it's way here but we will find that out. And then we will find out how to get it out of here. And when I say that I mean get rid of it. We invite scientist from around the world to fly to Moskva and join the CDC in the race for a cure."

After recent, swift negotiations, the United Kingdoms of Apepistan have offered help to the Empire of Russia to help combat CAB terrorists. The United Kingdoms have mobilized a whole armoured division plus support personell for this cause.
