As the Acting President of the Security Council, I am tasked and obliged to hear this complaint. Thus, I hereby create this Thread for this purpose.

This shall be known as 'China China vs Articmainia'

Please note that this matter will be handled by the Tenth Security Council under its JUDICIAL AUTHORITY. Thus, at this stage, only the People's Republic of China China and the Empire of Articmainia may get involved in this issue.

I will inform the council if it's time to vote for verdict.

Citing the blatant disregard of the Empire of Articmainia towards the complaint filed by the People's Republic of China China, the SC asks both parties for their final arguments within one (day) before the council issues its conclusion and recommendation for the case.

The SC is pleased to announce the following:

Conclusion: The People's Republic of China China has filed a complaint against the Empire of Articmainia by instigating war against the former. However, the latter has not openly expressed nor notify the SC on its intention in participating on the proceedings. Furthermore, the People's Republic of China China did not provide any evidence to its complaint.

Recommendation: The People's Republic of China China's petition to remove the Empire of Articmainia from the Security Council has been found insufficient in substance and form. Thus, it is now upon the decision of the Security Council, acting under its judicial authority of the world, to remove the Empire of Articmainia from the Security Council.

A public vote is hereby called to order.
