The two (2) days debate period has already lapsed. The proposal is now open for votes.

So far there are one (1) vote in favor and two (2) votes against. And we would still need five (5) more approval votes to bring the proposal to law.

Eurussia is against. Since if it is not discriminatory to any nation, all canals in the world, that are not subject to any sovereign country, must be declared neutral too.

The voting period will be closed in one (1) day and all pending votes will then be considered as abstentions.

With 2 votes in favor and 5 votes against and 2 abstentions, the proposal failed to reach the 6 required approval votes to pass the proposal into law.

Hence, the proposal is hereby dismissed.
