(Dismissed) Removal of North Korreaa Petition

In accordance with the WA Accountability Act, I have telegrammed North Korreaa about their lack of activity and am now posting a notice on the forum for them to reply to. North Korreaa has two days to reply before facing dismissal from the security council.

In accordance to the WA Accountability Act, the Democratic People's Republic of North Korreaa is hereby given two (2) days to reply to the petition. Otherwise, North Korreaa will be removed from the Security Council by virtue of violations of the WA Accountability Act.

DPRK will also be sent notice via TG.

As being the one who brought this matter to the attention of the WASC, I approve and commend this action.

Not only does North Korreaa rarely show up to decide on important issues, but they either refuse to vote on or vote against any proposal that doesn't directly benefit them. Nations in the Security Council should be considering the benefits of the entire region; anything less then that should be grounds for removal.

Against, DPRK is an ally of ours. He has is own life we should understand that. This is just a game.

Guys, this isn't a vote, the law says he will be removed if he doesn't reply.

You have an obligation to announce your absence or (at the minimum) log in once a week and make a post/contribute to your nation in order to be considered active. Realistically though, to actively represent your region/territory, you need to be active at least every other day to be kept up to date with the ongoing events and being able to vote to represent your territory.

As Xolox said, this isn't a vote, if he didn't reply he would have been removed automatically. Although, since he did reply, it's up to Eurussia to determine if nothing happens and the motion is dismissed, or if he decides to take action anyway.

If you are a member of the World Alliance Security Council, you must file a Leave of Absence if you cannot log in and contribute at least once every 7 days.

"Thus, any member state of the WA Government, which will be proven inactive for seven (7) days can be dismissed from their position. To ensure due process, in the case of the Security Council, if a member state is found to be inactive, any member state of the World Alliance petitioned to any member state of the Security Council who shall then serve a notice (via TG and via Forum Post) giving the concerned member state two (2) days to reply to the said notice to prove its activeness and to avoid dismissal. Failure to do so, the member state complaining against the inactive member state may formally request the immediate head of the body, which in this case the President of the Security Council, to issue the dismissal."
