Citing an official report from the Korreaan Central News Agency (Proof 1) confirming of a massive famine in North Korreaa that already claimed 10,000 lives yet the government of North Korreaa still prioritizing its nuclear programs with which it is unclear if such is for nuclear energy projects or nuclear weapons project.

Knowing this, the Eurussian Government took the initiative to warn North Korreaa of sanctions (Proof 2) for its gruesome disregard for its starving citizens. Although with high respect on its sovereignty as a nation and non-interference on its internal affairs.

But our warnings were only countered by defiance on the part of the North Korreaan regime (Proof 3).

And this defiance was also met with the militarization of threats by Artite and a North Korreaan ally, China China. Thus stoking fears anew of a possible armed conflict as these two nations have been in a tense standoff before.

Thus, acknowledging the aims of the Security Council to maintain peace, security, and stability in the world. We urge the Security Council to unite the world to make it a better place for all and invoke its supranational authority to peacefully resolve disputes among nations. Hence, we propose World Alliance Security Council Authorized Sanctions on the People's Republic of North Korreaa, Holy Empire of Artite, and People's Republic of China China.

Section 1 - Source of Power

The Security Council invokes its powers under Section 1 and Section 4 of the WA Security Council Act.

Section 2 - Authorized Actions

The Security Council respects the sovereignty of North Korreaa and all its rights protected under Section 1 of the WA Security Council. However, to maintain stability in the world, the Security Council enforces the following:

A) North Korreaa is ordered to suspend and stop its nuclear programs to prioritize the conditions of its people that are confirmed to be affected by famine, since such acts poses a threat to international security which require the intervention of the Security Council.

B) North Korreaa is ordered to allow the unimpeded flow of foreign food aid for its people affected by famine, since prohibiting such unimpeded access poses a threat to international security which requires the intervention of the Security Council.

C) Artite and China China are ordered to refrain to carry out any action that could affect North Korreaa, in any way, since such unilateral acts will be considered as violation of international law and poses a threat to international security which requires intervention of the Security Council.

D) All nation states are prohibited from exporting products or similar parts related to nuclear technology and the development of weapons to North Korreaa, Artite, and China China since such act poses a threat to international security which requires intervention of the Security Council.

E) All nation states are enouraged, not obliged, to inspect all aircraft and all ships inbound and outbound of North Korreaa, Artite, and China China passing through their territorial airspace and territorial waters, to ensure that the provisions of this resolution are observed particularly prohibited materials under Section 2-D.

F) All nation states are encouraged, not obliged, to inspect all aircraft and all ships inbound and outbound of North Korreaa, Artite, and China China within international airspace and international waters. Such actions are subject to the provisions of Section 3.

Section 3 - Implementation

The Security Council authorizes only the World Alliance Peacekeeping Force to enforce the necessary provisions of this resolution. And all nation states willing to aid in the enforcement of this resolution shall only act and perform such acts under the banner of the WAPF and must report their intentions to the WAPF prior to their actions.

All nation states, acting under the banner of the WAPF and invoking the provisions of this resolution, are obliged to report any incident/s to the WAPF (thread).

Otherwise, such violation is punishable by the SC.

Section 4 - Violations

Being a supranational institution empowered by the WA Security Council, it reserves the right to impose and implement necessary punishments for any violation of this resolution with accordance to its powers.

Section 5 - Ineffectivity

The Security Council reserves the right to determine the necessity to repeal this resolution. Unless such act is made, the provisions of this executive resolution of the Security Council shall remain enforced.

NOTICE: This is an executive resolution of the Security Council. With sense of urgency, a one (1) day debate period for revisions is hereby called. And two (2) days thereafter is the voting period.

Favor, however New Rhodinia would like to request these sanctions be expanded to include China China and Artite. We do not see this conflict coming to any kind of close unless all nations heavily and directly involved have felt the effects of these sanctions.
