"With all due respect to the supposedly fair peace talks being held in Shraman, New Tarajan, we cannot hide our skepticism over the progress of the said talks due to the incident that caused the death of the Dromodian diplomat, much more the talks inability to control the situation on the ground where more and more nations are getting involved. Hence, with all due respect to the Tarajani, Eruasian, and Ivanian officials attending to the said talks, the Eurussian Government, with all its experience in managing disputes, finds it imperative to hold another impartial special dialogue where all parties can freely address their concerns in a neutral country where all parties enjoy a strong relationship and as well as the confidence in terms of security and dealing with diplomatic counterparts.

Therefore, to ensure that the status quo will be maintained in the Asian Continent, I request all invited Parties to refrain from escalating the situation as we have sent the invitations already to the Dromodian Ambassador to Eurussia, Ivanian Ambassador to Eurussia (representing Kennyland as well), and the Eurasian Ambassador to Eurussia as direct participants involved. And all other concerned Parties to witness the Special Dialogue as diplomatic observers to the Peace Summit.

We would like to remind our Dromodan friends that the People's Republic already recognized the Shraman Conference as the sole place for the resolution of the Kennyland crisis, and that we are still waiting for the appointment of a new Dromodan delegate to that same Conference.

EDIT: Citing the decision of the People's Republic of Dromoda to send another delegate to the Shraman Conference, we hereby request the Eurussian government to dismiss this "parallel" Conference. Thank you.

However, the Eurasian government respectfully requests the cessation of this conference until the finalization of the current conference being undergone in Shraman, New Tarajan. There is already a conference going on, and this will likely hurt those negotiations. Due to our participation in the aforementioned conference by my colleague, Deputy Premier Mortinson, the Eurasian Government will not recognize this conference as legitimate, citing that the Shraman conference started first and was first recognized by all participatory nations. "Thank you Dromodian Foreign Minister Kai Enlai, Eurasian Foreign Minister Bayrd, and the Tarajani Envoy for coming. And as well as Articmainian Ambassador Wallace. It is a great opportunity to see you all here.

Let me be clear that our meeting here aims not to replace the one in Shraman. It is shameful for us to debate what is the more appropriate forum when tensions are running high in the Asian Continent. We are here today as professional diplomats finding a peaceful solution as peacemakers.

We are aware that Foreign Minister Kai Enlai sent a diplomat in Shraman but we are also aware of the fact that tensions are also running high on that conference, that already reflects on the ground in Kennyland. We need to continue talking to find an amicable settlement.

Eurussia believes that the People's Republic of Dromoda has legitimate concerns over Jillin Island due to refusal of Kennyland to discuss the dispute with its neighbor."

The ambassador is here to join in this special summit to try to get things smoothed out. For example, a new agreement with New tarajan and Eurussia to avoid conflict, and to make one thong clear: we will sit back and watch the region burn.

"Indeed Ambassador Wallace, and welcome to you as well Ambassador of Havenburgh, it is really unfortunate that we have been receiving reports that the tensions are running high as well with the officials present there. And hope we, as diplomats that are always engaged with diplomacy, must also work together so we could immediately find a solution on this dispute as the People's Republic of Dromoda prepares for a possible war about this dispute on Jillin Island.

I am hoping that having Dromodian Foreign Minister Kai Enlai here, we could hear directly from him the concerns of the Dromodian Government with all the patience and upbeat in finding for a peaceful resolution. Hello everyone, I am Dr. Mol Kaisul here on behalf of the Communist Technocracy of Kaevi. From an observer's standpoint, I believe that Dromoda's claim of Jillin is just. While Kennyland's presence in this summit would be beneficial, the information provided by Dromoda appears to indicate that the transfer of authority from Dromoda to Kennyland in Jillin was illegitimate from the beginning. We do not feel that an armed conflict will be necessary by Dromoda and its allies in order to regain official control over Jillin. If the island(s) are populated, perhaps a series of public referendums in Jillin over a four-year period would best determine what government the people of Jillin believe has authority over them. In order for this to be truly neutral, Jillin would be placed in international/neutral territory under international law. If Jillin is unpopulated and Kennyland continues to be silent on the matter, then a two-week waiting period may begin. If Kennyland does not return with a word on this matter within two weeks, Jillin would be returned to Dromoda. In either case, this annexation would need to be reviewed by the WA CoJ for legality. I would like to reiterate that Kaevi is simply an observer on this delicate matter and does not wish to pick sides in the case of war.

But what about the kennyland goverment? You cant just take over somewhere becuase it was once yours. look at Palistine. (RL) if there is a majority vote in kennyland in approval, kennyland could become a protectorate of Dromada with an indirect rule.

We did not realize that Kennyland had representation under Ivania. The information on the correlation between this summit and the Shraman Conference on Kennyland is also new to us. Until now it was believed that these two meetings were for two different situations. Our apologies. I, Mol Kaisul, would be willing to represent Kaevi as an observer to the Shraman Conference on Kennyland.
