TREATY OF PEACE BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF NEW KORREA (former DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF NORTH KORREAA) AND the EMPIRE OF ARTICMAINIA, the HOLY EMPIRE OF ARTITE, the UNITED KINGDOMS OF APEPISTAN, the EMPIRE OF RUSSIA, the UNITED STATES OF MUCHOS ESTADOS UNIDOS, the PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF AZOTAKZA, and the EMPIRE OF GREAT EURUSSIA

1) The occupying sovereign states of the former DPRK (Eurussia, Artite, Apepistan, and Articmainia) and the WA Peacekeeping Force (for the WA Security Council) shall assist in the redevelopment and reconstruction efforts of the Republic of New Korrea (former DPRK) at their own discretion whether materially or financially.

2) Articmainia and New Korrea shall maintain a demilitarized border for 50 years.

3) New Korrea shall not utilize any form of nuclear technology for 50 years and thereafter may opt to develop the use of nuclear energy solely for peaceful purposes and for the benefit of the people of New Korrea with strict supervision of the WA Security Council.

4) The occupying sovereign states of the former DPRK shall maintain a garrison of militaries within their occupied zones with supervision of the WA Peacekeeping Force which shall then be gradually withdrawn after 10 years when the self-defense force of New Korrea is fully functional to serve the purpose of maintaining its national security.

5) New Korrea shall not declare war to any country except for self-defense purposes.

6) New Korrea shall exercise a republican state with full democratic constitution and principles.

7) All officials of the former DPRK Government shall be turned over to the Security Council for trial whose verdict, if any, may be reduced to exile provided that they will cooperate with the international investigation on the former DPRK's nuclear programs.

8) The occupying sovereign states of the former DPRK shall become the guarantor and executor of this Peace Treaty with the strict supervision of the WA Security Council.

In case you forgot, Articmainia was removed from the SC because of inactivity. So we can't wait for him here forever.

Was he removed from the whole region too? This isn't a SC case, it's a Peace Summit between Korreaa and SHAD. The other nations are observers to the treaty, with the exception of Azotakza and Eurussia.

Artite....will...not....sign....this...treaty.

I do not know how many times I have to say this, but Artite is fearful for the Korreans under our protection. President Leem has given us ample evidence that he only wishes to pursue a new authoritarian agenda in New Korrea. I nor any Artitian Lord will sign this treaty. We stand firm in our decision and ask that you do not press the matter any further. The PKA will remain under Imperial Control however with new reform for the territory they will function much like an independent nation and will have elections unlike most of the Empires territories. The Empire does not want a colony, what we want is a Korrea who we do not suspect of preparing to back stab its people and drag them into a new dictatorship.

We see two solutions for this, both are equally good for us. Please understand, we are perfectly satisfied with the current Peace Treaty, our only problem is the azotakzian vassalising intentions.

1.) Korreaa will not be vassalised by Azotakza and West-Korreaa / the Korreaan Khanate will return to New-Korreaa.

2.) Korreaa will be vassalised by Azotakza and West-Korreaa / the Korreaan Khanate will temporarily stay under the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, after an agreed amount of time (the time it will take to end hunger, build proper infrastructure, healthcare, basic educational system, etc.) a vote will be held (voting census made by the WASC, procedure overwatched by the WASC) about the self-determination of the people.

It seems like Eurussia has decided to give legitimacy to the treaty without any of the actual liberators signing it. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan would still like to make the said agreement with Azotakza, I suggest we make the deal ourselves, outside the Moscow Peace Summit.

With great disappointment, the United Kingdoms of Apepistan will leave this Summit now, as it serves no further purpose.

President Leem reject this. I do not approve this. Republic of New Korrea is whole and not divided without our permission.
