NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS,

As our co-member, Antanares, ravaged by a disaster of immeasurable damage to their nation and unimaginable death of millions of innocent lives in the populous city of Cape Wolf caused by aggression which is currently being deliberated upon by the Security Council, deserves aid from our very strong institution.

In this regard, as incumbent to the Interim Presidency of the World Development Bank, Eurussia will authorize the releasing $100,000,000,000.00 as a development loan payable in 30 years (30 days) to the Government of the Federation of Antanares through the Federal National Reserve Bank of Antanares.

We are glad for the proposal but we must reject. Antanares had a solid economy and we can recover without foreign funds our past situation. We know the reconstruction of Cape Wolf will require years to finished but it's an action we want to complete alone. Thanks again for the proposition, Governor, but for now we don't need these money.
