(Dismissed) Global Health Emergency - Ebola V2 Virus

With the latest Ebola V2 Virus statistics of 6,789 deaths and 10,790 infections in Muchos Estados Unidos, 438 deaths and 1,002 infections in Xolox, and 179 deaths and 378 infections in China China from the Eurussian Heath Protection Agency of the Ministry of Health & Education, the government of Muchos Estados Unidos seeked the aid of the World Alliance Health Agency to formally request the Security Council to lead a global efforts in combatting the deadly pandemic. Hence, the WAHA officially proposes the World Alliance Security Council Declaration of Global Health Emergency on Ebola V2 Virus Pandemic.

The Security Council invokes its powers under Section 1 and Section 1 of the WA Security Council Act and Section 5 of the WA Health Agency Act.

The Security Council respects the sovereignty of all nation states of the world. However, to ensure that the threat to international public health shall be minimized and eradicated, the Security Council enforces the following:

A) All nation states that are capable of financing a global effort on researching a cure for the Ebola V2 Virus are encouraged to coordinate with the WA Health Agency to achieve a concerted effort and coordination among nation states of the world.

B) All nation states are obliged to report all suspected and confirmed cases of Ebola V2 Virus to the WA Health Agency to receive necessary aid and support in preventing further spread of Ebola V2 Virus and its eradication.

C) All nation states are obliged to impose measures to prevent the spread of Ebola V2 Virus in their respective jurisdictions to serve as their contribution in the concerted effort of all nation states to eradicate Ebola V2 Virus.

The Security Council authorizes the World Alliance Health Agency to implement  the necessary provisions of this resolution. And all nation states that will contribute to the efforts of the WAHA in implementing the provisions of this resolution shall report to the WAHA (thread).

Being a supranational institution empowered by the WA Security Council, it reserves the right to impose and implement necessary punishments for any violation of this resolution with accordance to its powers.

The Security Council reserves the right to determine the necessity to repeal this resolution. Unless such act is made, the provisions of this executive resolution of the Security Council shall remain enforced.
