General President Viktor Viktory is suing the government of Great Eurussia for protecting and hiding a convicted criminal under our laws. We request the Security Council to order Great Eurussia to return illegal President Joenas Biden to our custody immediately. Great Eurussia should also pay us compensation for damages.

The Security Council recognizes The Free Land of Muchos Estados Unidos' complaint against The Empire of Great Eurussia and will now begin the process outlined by section 6 of the Security Council Act.

Since both parties are present and aware of the case, the case will proceed under the judicial authority of the World Alliance's Security Council. The involved parties( Great Eurussia and MEU) will now be granted a three (3) day period in which they will be expected to present their arguments and evidences. Only the involved parties are welcome to this debate.

We suggest that The Empire of Great Eurussia initiate the discourse.

The security council should order Great Eurussia to do these.

Scouting suggests a default in favor of MEU due to no response from Eurussia on this matter, unless some agreement was made regarding this matter that the WASC isn't aware of.

Because of the support of Great Eurussia in fighting our rebels, we are withdrawing.
