WASC Forum Suggestion

I suggest that we make 2 subforums in the WASC forum. These forums would be named "Passed Legislation" and "Rejected/Dismissed Legislation" This is to keep the forums organized and allow all of the important and passed legislature to be in a single forum.

Okay, we'll look into that possibility and if that's workable!
