Now that the war in DPRK is finally over now we have to control the former DPRK lands and help the starving people and give them homes and job opportunities I have portioned out the lands into occupying zones.

OOC I will be leaving to go on vacation after Chrismas and will be back the day after new eve. I have portioned every thing out the Shadaloo area is for Shadaloo Members only and the Baby blue are is for other countries and organizations. The rest our for countries I think gave a lot of support to victory. Smile

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan will gladly help restore the marked area.
The main goals we've set to achieve are:

- The restoration of human rights.
- The abolishment of the cult of personality and DPRK government propaganda.
- The separation of the 3 powers, into a legislature, an executive, and a judiciary branch.
- Free elections and a representative government.
- Financial aid to improve the economical status of the area.

The Eurussian Government will gladly welcome the responsibility to restore stability and order in the concerned area of North Korreaa, in full accordance with the World Alliance Security Council Intervention resolution on North Korreaa, with the assistance and cooperation of the involved nations and the World Alliance Peacekeeping Force to fulfill the mandate of the Security Council to disable the nuclear capabilities of the regime in Pyongyang and prevent further nuclear threats to other nations in the future.

Our involvement is temporary until a constitutionally democratic government is installed in Pyongyang at the will of the Korreaan people to govern the new North Korreaa.

Artite wishes to make claim to all of the baby blue area. As of right now our territory is under Imperial Martial Law and follows Imperial Laws. We are preparing an agenda for our territory however it will remain an Imperial Possession until further notice.

2. The Holy Empire of Artite will not vassalize the region, and it will not remain in Imperial Possession permamently.

Summa summarum, we propose the following changes in the restaurational divisions:

RED: Articmainia
GREEN: Eurussia
SILVER: Artite
BLUE: Other organisations
PURPLE: SHAD
PURPLE WITH STRIPES: Apepistan

Consider this an official warning. SHAD and Apepistan will not tolerate any chinese troops in the DPRK area! If any of your troops cross the borderline, it will be considered an act of war.

The Empire of Russia isn't a SHAD member, nor did take part in the campaign. I believe that it'd be only fair if the Empire of Russia would get a part of the BLUE area; if the rest of the Restauration Council (Articmainia, Apepistan, Artite, Eurussia, SHAD, WAPF) agrees.

Eurussia agrees to this provided that the BLUE is handled by Eurussia as well. We will take responsibility over the zone too since it also neighbors the green zone. Defining 'other organizations' is very vague and we do not want to make the ordinary North Korreaans suffer further when they are already in the hands of foreign powers.

In anyway, all peacekeeping policies and humanitarian missions are technically coordinated by the WAPF as mandated by the Security Council, thus the WAPF is the coordinating body of all foreign powers who intervened in DPRK.

I thought that WAPF would, naturally, have authority over all of the DPRK, the occupation zones would be there for the division of humanitarian aid, rebuilding process, enforcement of the future peace treaty, and disarmament, etc, between the occupational forces. WAPF would be present in all the regions, coordinating said processes.

The WAPF would be the organisation deciding which other organisations or nations can partake the restauration in the blue zone. If the WAPF does not find any, we can always divide the blue zone between Apepistan, Articmainia, Artite, Eurussia and SHAD.

The WAPF would be the organisation deciding which other organisations or nations can partake the restauration in the blue zone. If the WAPF does not find any, we can always divide the blue zone between Apepistan, Articmainia, Artite, Eurussia and SHAD.

We prefer this arrangement.

We urge for this immediate resolution so we could include this on the Xarax Peace Summit discussions and consultations.

The Principality of Korreaa-Artite has now been given over General Able Corwall. He is acting representative of the P.K.A until a national can be elected. The P.K.A has also been heavily militarized since tensions with China China are at an all time high, a total of 73,000 Imperial troops are stationed in the PKA and will remain until further notice. Emperor Constantine wishes to see the number rise to 300,000 by the middle of next month. Artite does not recognize Kim Jung Un's blatant and ridiculous claims of conquering anything and plans on actions against Kim Jung Un and the rest of his exiled government.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan also highly suggest that the agreements the nations have made about temporarily portioning the DPRK for restauration also get mentioned and implemented in the Xarax Peace Treaty.
